I stood at the edge of the drinks table quietly, listening to Grey and Sierra argue over whether I wanted coke or Pepsi.

I finally sighed, growing tired of their useless bantering. "Coke is fine."

Grey stuck her tongue out at Sierra and dug through the cooler, finally emerging with a can of coke. "Here you go."

I nodded a thanks at her, my eyes searching the crowd for Tyler. I finally spotted him with Josh and Luna, a bottle of water in his hands. The three of them seemed to be having fun, and I felt my heart squeeze as my half-sister laid a hand on Tyler's shoulder, laughing about something.

I turned away, not wanting to watch them anymore. Grey and Seirra must've seen me sulking, because they shared a quick glance and then smiled at me. "Let's go dance."

My eyes widened as Grey took my hand, dragging me straight into the masses of people. I dodged flailing bodies left and right, averting my eyes as she took me straight past Tyler, as if to rub it in his face.

We finally stopped at a semi-clear area in the middle of the crowd, and I fidgeted with my hands awkwardly. Everyone around us was dancing along to the music, and that included Grey and Sierra.

When the two girls noticed that I was still unmoving, Grey frowned at me, confused. "Cmon girl, let loose!"

Sierra nodded in agreement. "Go snatch a cute guy when a slow song comes on! It's a win-win situation," she giggled, "Tyler will either get jealous and sweep you off of your feet, or he won't, and you'll have a cute guy to dance with!"

I snorted, shaking my head in amusement. "I'll feel too bad," I protested.

Grey looked at me incredulously. "Don't be silly Jenna. You're dancing with him, not sucking his dick."

I choked on my spit. "Well, I hope not."

When the two girls just stared at me, I sighed and surrendered. "Fine. I'll get a cute guy to dance with, and Tyler can go dance with my half-sister."

Sierra wrinkled her nose in disgust. "Ew," she deadpanned, "that's your half-sister? She's been all up on your man the whole time we've been here. No offense, but they would not look good together."

"Like, at all," Grey finished.

Their assurance comforted me. "I guess," I said quietly, staring off into space.

Well, that's probably what Grey and Sierra thought I was doing. In reality, I was reminiscing on Tyler and I's first kiss. I hated to admit that even thinking about his lips on mine made my knees weak.
