Umalis si Cody sa party at naghanap ng lugar na walang tao. This 'special message' is not one that he would gladly share to others.

As soon as he made sure that he is beyond anyone's earshot, agad niyang binuksan ang mensaheng natanggap. As he expected, isang mobile number lamang ang laman ng text na na-receive niya.

Agad niyang tinawagan ang number na naroon.

"L.", agad niyang sambit when the call connected.

"Agent Havoc.", isang mechanical voice ang narinig niya mula sa kabilang linya. For the many years na nakakausap niya ito sa phone for every mission, sanay na siyang marinig ang boses nitong pinapadaan sa voice changer.

Yes, may mga mission siyang tinatanggap and those missions are the dirty and brutal kind. After all, Cody Vanz Herrera is one of the agents of the underground vigilante group Figli della Notte. His code name is Havoc.

Hindi ganoon karami ang nakakaalam sa existence ng Figli della Notte. The group, or family as they prefer to call it, is the Philippine's version of Cosa Nostra, Italy's mafia. However, what they do is not sell arms or drugs but kill drug lords, corrupt politicians, and evil businessmen. That's why although their composition and codes are similar to a mafia family, vigilante group pa rin ang backbone nila.

The family may be brutal but only with the goal of serving justice.

To preserve the secrecy of the family, they have three precepts they need to follow:

1. Don't fall in love.
2. Don't let anyone know about the family.
3. Death is the price you pay if you want out.

As an agent of the family, he makes sure to follow these three precepts to the core.

"You have a new mission.", saad ng nasa kabilang linya. "Target is Don Elizalde."

Kilala niya ang target na sinabi ni L. This man is one of the well-known philantrophist in the country. He is well-loved by the people dahil sa mga charity works nito.

Hindi na siya nagugulat kapag may mga target siya na may mababangong pangalan sa society. It's nothing new. During his first few missions, may mga agam-agam pa siya sa credibility ng information na binibigay sa kanya. Pero right after every mission, sumasambulat na lamang sa media ang mga baho ng mga target. Sometimes, siya mismo ang nakakapag-confirm ng mga iyon.

"What's the dirt on the target?", tanong niya.

"Drug production and trafficking.", simpleng sagot ni L. "I sent you files. Looking forward to you wrecking havoc soon, Agent Havoc."

Pinatay na agad nito ang tawag. Hindi na siya naninibago dahil hindi talaga pinapaabot ni L ng isang minuto ang mga tawag nito sa kanya every time may mission. Maybe it is to keep himself from being traced, who knows?

Si L ang informant na itinoka sa kanya ng leader ng family. Hindi pa niya nakikita ang kanyang informant kahit kailan, just like he never knew of the identities of other agents. Just like him, may mga code names ang mga ito. Paminsan-minsan, he comes across other agents' code names kapag may nago-overlap na missions. At other times, fini-feed siya ng information regarding other agents ni L mismo.

Agad niyang pinuntahan ang kanyang kotse. Courtesy of the family, his car has been modified para maging secret HQ niya when needed. It is also bullet proof.

Nang makapasok sa kotse, may pinindot siyang button sa ilalim ng car radio. Napalitan ang car radio niya ng isang high-tech na screen. He touched the surface a few times at binasa ang files na ipinadala ni L.

Napailing na lamang siya. Don Elizalde may be one of the best philantrophists in high society pero ito din ang pinaka-demonyo para sa mahihirap.

According to the files, he's a drug lord na may connection sa Chinese triad. His drugs are being sourced from Macau. The family would have left him alone for a couple more years dahil hindi pa ito top priority. However, his recent activities have trigerred an alarm.

May info sila na may balak ang don na mag-formulate ng sarili nitong droga at hindi na mag-source sa ibang bansa. The drug is more potent than shabu and marijuana combined but is odorless. The family has gotten its hands on initial unrefined samples of the drug and it seems na ang ultimate goal ay gawin iyong odorless to the point na hindi mai-isniff ng K9 dogs.

If the don succeeds in his vile plan, then that means magiging madali na ang pagpuslit ng ipinagbabawal na droga sa ibang bansa!

Napatiim-bagang si Cody ng mabasa ang files. This drug lord has to be stopped asap! Otherwise, marami na namang mga Pilipino ang malulugmok sa ipinagbabawal na gamot. It would be even worse if this illegal drug is successfully routed outside the Philippines.

Pinasadahan niya ang iba pang impormasyon na nasa screen. Naroon na ang detalye about the location of the laboratory, floor plan, and even about the men inside the facility. Naroon nga rin ang information about the schedule of the don's visit to the laboratory. Pulido talaga makapagbigay ng impormasyon si L!

According din sa analysis na nasa files about the drug, just a few more refinements and the don would be able to achieve the ultimate formula.

Hindi siya makakapayag na umabot pa sa puntong iyon. That formula should never come to existence. By hook or by crook, he'll stop the monster known as Don Elizalde. Cody decided right then and there to make his move tomorrow night. He just needs to work out a good plan to throw a wrench into the don's plans.
