As I pull down the street, my stomach is filled with butterflies. I'm so mad at myself for not telling Cam. When I see my house, there are cops all around. I jump out of the car and rush over.
" Excuse me sir, what's going on?" I questioned.
" Yea um someone called looking for you, he said he was worried sick." the cop responded.
"Oh what was his name?" I asked.
" He said his name was Cameron," the cop replied. I forgot to even check my phone. I received a ton of messages asking where I was. I called Cam and walked inside while Alyssa and Kayla trailed behind me and talked to my mom.
The Phone Call
" Hey Cam, I'm so sorry I had to go home to my mom," I told him.
" It's okay, where do you live in New Jersey?" he asked. I told him everything and he hung up. Alyssa and Kayla decided to sleepover so we got in our pajama's and watched The Rings.
" OMG THAT GIRL IS SO SCARY I AM NEVER GOING NEAR A WISHING WELL AGAIN!" Alyssa yelled.
" Oh man up!" Kayla screamed and we all fell asleep. We had school tomorrow anyway.
