I laughed, and ate another fry. Justin smirked, and held his breath for a moment.

"Uh, yes, it is. It's brand new, so I'm hoping it's running."

"Then you better catch it!" He yelled, and hung up. I laughed harder, and almost choked on the fry. He dialed *67, then a random number.

We did prank calls for about another twenty minutes, and eventually just decided to watch TV.

"How'd it go with Sammi?"

"Not well. She threatened to get me kicked off the team, and ruin my social record."

"She can't do that."

"That's what I said. She only laughed, winked, and walked away. I tell you, that girl is messed up in the head." I smirked, and looked at him. Our eyes met, and he dialed a certain number.

"Hello?" A female voice asks.

"S-S-Sammi?" I squeaked into the phone.

"Yeah, who's this?"

"I-I love you!" Justin yelled.

"Justin?"

"No. It's Nutella," I replied. "Everyone loves me."

"I can't have Nutella. It's disgusting." I gasped.

"Boy, you better fix that, because that's disgusting. Nutella is amazing, not liking Nutella is amazing," Justin snaps. I giggled.

"Justin, you're funny. And adorable. We should hang out tomorrow. At the mall. Meet me there at eleven."

"Sure. Ill see ya tomorrow," he says. She hung up. Me and Justin laughed.

"So, you gonna ditch her?"

"Nope. You and me are going tomorrow."

"We are?"

"We are," he stated, and smiled.

I looked at my shirts, wondering which one to wear. I decided on a plaid shirt and jeans. I hopped downstairs, and looked at Justin.

He shook his head, and followed me upstairs. He looked through my closet.

"Ok. We're getting you clothes. New clothes."

"You know? I'd think you were gay if I didn't know you," I said.

"Well, we want to surprise Sammi. This is how. Wear this," he tossed me a black tank top. "You can keep the jeans. Wait. No. Wear these," he tossed me jean shorts."

"Its freezing outside."

"Fine. Jeans. But tank top."

"How exactly are we getting there?" I asked.

"My brother is driving us. I asked when I got home and he owes me, so yeah."

"Cool. Ok, get out so I can change."

"Ok, nerd."

"Pshh, you don't even know what a nerd is, geek," I said, shoving him from my room. He laughed, and I smirked. I closed the door, and changed as quickly as I could.

I walked out, and he smiled.

"Perfect. Ok. Let's go. He's at home, and it'll take us five minutes to get there. You have a jacket?" I nodded, and headed back into my room. I walked out, holding the bright blue jacket in front of me. He shook his head, took his green jacket, and handed it to me.

"I'd be lost without you," I say, rolling my eyes and tossing my jacket back into mine and Sam's room. He smirked, and skipped down the stairs, almost tripping. I covered my mouth so I didn't laugh.

"Can it," he says, giving me a serious face before both of us burst out laughing.

"My shoes ok? Or do I need to go ask the neighbors for theirs?"

"Nah, your shoes are good. Let's go."

We headed outside, and I instantly pulled his jacket closer.

"Jeez. Why's it so cold?"
