After I told Jaime the idea, she had agreed to take him somewhere. She wrote a note, and told me to give it to the office, so Sam didn't find out until last second. I had agreed, and took her note to the office as soon as I stepped outside the bus.

"So, wait, my idea was useful?" Justin gasped. I smirked.

"Don't get cocky. Just don't think of any more good ideas, ok?" He snickered, and logged into his computer. I rolled my eyes, and logged on. "Also, don't get glitches, or log yourself out."

"Why are you guys such good friends?" Baby asks me, sitting by me. Her hair was up in a ponytail, excluding the hair that dropped onto her face.

"I don't know. We kinda just clicked," Justin answers for me. She nods.

"So, how come you weren't here the first day?" I asked. She shrugged.

"My classes got mixed up, and they requested me to stay home as they fixed it."

"Oh," I replied. "Because you didn't have a name tag until you came here. Anyway, you walk home?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"I don't know. I just randomly saw ya walking as I was doing my homework on my bus, and thought you might have missed the bus."

"Smooth," Justin whispered. I resisted the urge to smack his shoulder.

"So," Baby started. "Why'd ya move here? Ya know, with Jaime."

"Because we- wait, do you know Jaime?" I asked, narrowing my eyes. She shook her hand.

"People around school are talking. They say you and Sam were adopted."

"Yeah," was all I said. It never really bothered me before, so why coming from Baby did it hurt?

I stayed silent most of the class, not wanting to answer more of Baby's questions. Not that she asked any after that.

When I got on the bus, I sat down, and stared at the window. I had to find more out about Baby. Who she was. Why she talked to me. Why she kept giving me certain looks.

"Hey," I heard Justin's voice. I nodded, not looking away.

Then Baby walked out. Sammi, Sadie, and Ava all followed. I gasped, and grabbed Justin's arm.

"Look!" I pointed at the four walking out. All eyes were on our bus, Ava and Sadie laughing. I looked at Justin. "I don't like her. I don't trust Baby. I don't know why. She just bugs me, ya know?" He nods, and sighs.

"She's just adjusting to life here in this school. New friends-"

"Asking too many questions..." I interrupted. "God. The more I see her, the more I hate her."

"Is it because she asked about Jaime, and being adopted?" I shrugged. He sighs again, and looked out the isle. "When are Sam and Jaime going?"

"Later today," I replied. "When he gets home."

"That's cool. So, you get the house to yourself for four days?"

"Yeap." I nodded, and glanced at my phone.

"Well, maybe you'll get murdered," he says.

"Gee, thanks. Maybe I'll come back as a ghost and kill you," I replied. He chuckled, and pulled his phone up.

"Can I see your phone for a second?"

"Um, sure?" I say, handing him the electronic. He tilts it out of my vision, and taps the screen a few times. I gave him a look of confusion, and saw the flash of the camera go off.

He handed it back before I had a chance to ask anything, and smiled. I looked at my gallery, and saw a picture of himself. I rolled my eyes.

"Well, I had to set a photo as my contact," he shrugs. I chuckled, and looked at my contacts. After scrolling, I saw his.

"I'll text you if I need help with computers," I joked. He smirked.

"Boy, I can't believe we get such an early break."

"Right? We've had school for what, a week? And already we get almost a whole week off? Why didn't they just start school later then planned?"

"To make kids suffer," he replied. I laughed, and looked at my phone. "Hey, you have something on your face," he says. I looked up at him, and saw a flash. I blinked. He smiled, and looked at his phone. "Hey, what's your number?"
