chapter 21 • boxing pt 1

"Do you want your fries" Cole grabs a hand full of fries from Liz's tray and Liz slaps his hand away and all the fries fall onto the ground. Izzy and I are laughing hysterically.

"IM GOING TO KILL YOU" Liz falls onto the floor and starts crying. Shes such a cry baby when it comes to food.

"I'm. So. Sorry Liz" Coles says while trying to get the words out but he can't since he can't stop laughing.

I'm at lunch with my friends and it's only been two days since it all happened. crazy right, how a week can feel like everything in your life just happened. And it only has been two days. Not even a week. Confusing huh.

When Alex left my house I didn't try to call or text him and I mean I never call or text him, I don't think I have his phone number either.

But anyway when he left I got many calls from Cole and Matt asking me if I've seen Alex, I was worried because I thought he died or something or even disappeared. I don't know but I was really worried.

I told them he came by my house but that's all I said, I told them he got a call and that he left after that, both boys sounded worried and angry when I said he got a call from someone that probably was dangerous or I don't know probably someone bad.

All of that happened on Saturday. On Sunday my mom came home with one of her "friends" and her "friend" was a man. It pissed me off because she already moved on and I'm not trying to be that daughter that doesn't want her mom to move on and make her life happier, I really want her life to be happy but it still gets me angry that she thinks she could come home with any guy she wants and I'm still home and I'm there listening to their conversations and how much she tries to get laid. I know sounds horrible.

Anyway it didn't end up well. She ended up crying because she was drunk and the guy was drunk too, and they got into a fight and I guess the guy had a wife and my mom didn't care she just wanted to have sex, and that's what sickens me she literally changed she's not her old self that she will never ever try to steal someone else's man and it was all because my dad was there. And since there's no one holding her back she thinks she can do anything she wants.

But I guess she can since she's an adult. On Monday which happens to be today has honestly been good. Ana hasn't tried to confront me or even make eye contact with me which happens to happen a lot. Alex isn't here today and I'm fine with that because I didn't feel like talking to him today, my chemistry teacher wasn't here today, and my moms working all day today and won't be back until Wednesday. So bingo!! I've been having a good day so far.

"Matt why so down?" I asked. Matt was usually the outgoing guy and the hilarious kinda guy but today he seems off he seems really uneasy. I always catch him and Cole giving each other stares like they know what they're feeling or something.

Matt slowly turns his head to look at me and he opens his mouth to say something when a certain someone came. Matt's gaze quickly turned to him and he tensed up and I can even hear him breathe heavily.

"What are you doing here" Cole suddenly says. He seemed more calm and relaxed. Matt on the other hand didn't he looked like he was about to pounce.

"Can't I visit my lovely rivals?" Rivals? What does he mean by rivals?.

That's when Nicks gaze came upon me.
