In this bonus round, your mission—should you choose to accept it—is to write a 200-word-minimum prequel to your Round 3 story. Sounds simple, right? Maybe a little too simple? There's a reason for that. You see, this will only be one part of your prequel. The next two bonus rounds will be the next parts—but more on those when the time comes, so don't worry about them.
Write a 200-word-minimum (no maximum) prequel to your Round 3 story. That's all you need to think about.
Submit through the usual means, by emailing them as .doc or .docx files to mikemarsbergen@hotmail.com.
Those of you who complete this task will gain one third of an advantage. This means you'll need to complete two more bonus rounds to gain a complete advantage, which will be used automatically when completed, as they have in the past.
You will have 48 hours, starting now!
That means the deadline is 11:00 PM EST, Monday July 17th! I believe that's 3:00 AM UTC.
