When our lips parted he looked at me and smiled. "I love you", he said. "I love you too mareoa", I said smiling also. We both hopped off the rock and began walking back to the bonfire. Our fingers were intertwined, but every once in a while I would bring my hand to my lips and smile at the thought. My lips tingled for the rest of the night. ❤️

*Destini's POV*

I woke up to the sound of pans clanking from downstairs. I slowly opened my eyes and let the light from my window pour into them. I yawned and smiled after I thought of the events that occurred the night before. I rose out of bed and pulled my curly hair into a high ponytail and walked downstairs. When I walked into the living room I saw Mareoa stretched out on the couch lightly snoring. I laughed to myself and decided to let him sleep so I walked into the kitchen to see what the noise was coming from.

When I walked in I saw bear cooking bacon and eggs. I walked up beside him and kissed his cheek. "Goodmorning lil thug", he said looking down at me. I laughed at his nickname for me. "Goodmorning big brother". "You ready for breakfast?", he said before turning off the stove. I nodded,"let me just get dressed first". He nodded and I took off upstairs.

I walked into my closet and started sifting through my clothes when I heard my phone vibrating on my bed. I walked over to it and saw that I was getting a call from an unknown number. I scrunched my eyebrows and clicked the answer button. "Hello?" "You missed me twin?", the person on the other line said in a deep voice. "Uhh",I said confused. "Who is this?" The person sucked their teeth. "Girl who else call you twin??" I thought about it then got a huge grin on my face. "OMG DAVIDDD!!! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH HOW ARE YOU?!" He laughed,"I've been good, you? I miss y'all". "I've been great twin. Where are you though? I haven't seen you in a while!!", I said. "Weeeeellll, I'm kind of back in town for a couple weeks." I screamed into the phone,"AHHHH!! DAVID WE NEED TO MAKE PLANS!!" "What should we do??",he said getting excited. I thought for a second then got an idea. "We should go to the carnival and I'll invite Jasmine and some other friends!!" "Ha aight twin, text me the details",he said before hanging up. I instantly texted him the address and what time to meet us there. He replied with an "ok" then I texted Jasmine.

Destini:Bestfriend!! Guess what?!

Jasmine:what girl?!

Destini:David is back in town!!!

Jasmine:omg!!! Really!! It's been so long I missed him!!

Destini:me too girl. But me and him are going to the carnival today. I'm inviting mareoa and you and quad should come too.

Jasmine:sounds like a plan babes.

Destini:yay ok!! Lol meet us at the entrance in about an hour.

Jasmine:kk

I put my phone on the charger and went back into the closet to pick out an outfit. I came out with a pair of white skinny jeans, a black and white polo shirt, and my Oreos. I placed them on the bed and went to take a shower.

*20 minutes later*

I walked downstairs in my outfit and walked into the living room. I sat down beside mareoa and shook his shoulder. He grunted and I laughed. "Boy wake up. Were going to the carnival and were leaving in half an hour". His eyes got wide like a little kids. He hopped off the couch and ran upstairs.

*30 minutes later*

We pulled up to the entrance of the carnival and I spotted David. I hopped out the car and ran up to him. "Twinnnn!!!", I screamed before hugging him. He laughed and hugged me back. "Wassup twin!!" I giggled and turned around in time to see Jasmine pulling up with Quad. Jasmine got out and ran over to us. "Hey guys!", she said before hugging me then running over to hug David. "David I missed you!!" "I missed you too", he said before letting her go. I looked over and saw Quad and Mareoa standing awkwardly. "Oh sorry guys. Mareoa and Quad , this is David. David, this is mareoa and quad." They all dapped each other up and we walked into the carnival.
