Someone New

I opened my eyes slowly as the sun poured in through my half closed eyelids. I scrunched them back closed quickly and fell back onto a hard surface. I looked back and saw that I was laying on Quads chest. I smiled at the though and when i looked up at him he was already awake.

"I'm sorry did I wake you up?" I say. He rubbed his eyes and yawned. "Yea bae,but it's ok atleast I'm waking up to you",he said smiling down at me. I smile back and lift myself off of him. I stretch out my arms then get up and check my phone. It was already 10:30 and I was wondering where destini was. I called her and she picked up on the third ring.

"Hello?", she said in a sleepy voice. "Destini where are you?",I said. She laughed,"have a nice sleep with the cuzzo?" I laughed also. "How you know about that?" Before she answered I heard somebody's voice in the background. "Is that kasen?", I asked. "Uh yea. Well see that's apart of the reason why we're not home", she said. Then she was interrupted with another voice, but not kasens. I got even more confused than before. "Destini where in the world are you?" She responds to the other person why her then returns back to the phone. "Ok so what had happened was, me and kasen went on our walk and when we came back you and quad were hugged up on the balcony. We decided we would leave y'all be for a little longer so we ended up going for a drive. Just our luck, the car broke down and we were like really far away from the house. So we started walking back and somebody picked us up and let us stay at his place for the night. His name is Mareoa and he's super nice and omg Jasmine he's EMO!"

Once my brain registered everything she had just said I managed to speak again. "Ok so when are you coming back?" "Ummm, were actually about to leave now. We should be home in about an hour or so.",she said. "Ok I'll see you then." We both hung up and I walked back over to quad and told him everything. "Oh ok well bae you want breakfast while we wait?", he said as he got up. "Yea sure bae!!", I said suddenly very hungry. He walked over to me and kissed my lips. "I love you, and I'm glad you're mine again", he said once he broke the kiss. "I love you too", I said back smiling. With that he walked off the balcony and downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast. I texted my mom quickly and told her I would be back later. Then I ran downstairs to join Quad.

When I got down there the smell of bacon filled my nose. My mouth started watering. I walked up next to him and smiled at the bacon then up at him. He laughed. "I see you hungry bae", he said. I laughed and nodded my head. I went and sat down at the kitchen island and waited for him to finish.

About 10 minutes later he placed a plate of food in front of me and sat down digging into his. I dug into mine also. At the same time we both looked up at each other and we had pieces of bacon sticking out of our mouths. We started laughing and finished up. I put our plates in the sink and washed them off. Suddenly I felt big arms wrap around my waist. I looked back and Quad was flashing his smile at me again. I nearly melted inside but I kept on washing the dishes. He sucked his teeth. "Bae don't play", he said. I giggled and pretended like I didn't know what he was talking about. "Oh...", I said still laughing. "Oh aight", he said. He spun me around and placed his lips onto mine. My arms involuntarily wrapped around his neck pulling us closer. After a few seconds he broke the kiss and just stared at me. A smirk formed on his lips as well as on mine.

He let me go when we heard a car in the driveway. Keys entered the door and then we saw destini walk in. "Goodmorning everyone!", she said walking into the kitchen. Soon after kasen walked in behind her. "Morning y'all", he said. Me and quad said Goodmorning to them. Before we could say anything else somebody else walked into the house. He was a tall Caucasian boy with black hair. Destini looked back at him and smiled. "Oh guys I almost forgot!!! Meet mareoa!", she said bringing him into the kitchen.
