I stared at Trae. I didn't know what he was doing. He pressed his lip against mine hard. I snatched away from him and stood up.
"What the fuck was that, Trae?! " He gave me a quick smirk then his face turned serious. He simply said, "A kiss." I was pissed now. I pulled out my phone to call Dixie. I was dialing her number when he snatched my phone out of my hand. "Fucking stop!" he pushed me away.
"You're not ruining our relationship. You know if you tell her, she'll be devastated. It'll break her. Do you really want to be the terrible sister who breaks her heart?"
He was right. But he KISSED me! I can't just let that go. I couldn't hurt my sister like that.
Everybody is under so much stress, this will tear us all apart. I can't let that happen. Besides, I had more important things on my mind. I had to get Xander back.
"Can I have my phone back? Please?" He stared at me. "I just need to call somebody to come get me." he gave it back to me but grabbed my hand. "I'll take you home, Rox. You're still my sister." I sighed and walked out the door. He followed behind me.
We got into the car, I wouldn't look at him. He sighed and looked over at me. "Roxy, I'm sorry. I don't know what came over me. Things just haven't been all that great with Dixie. She's barely given me any attention. I was lonely." I didn't want to stay mad at him, I knew how she was. But that was no excuse to kiss me. "It was wrong of you to do that. But for my sanity, I forgive you. But if you do it again, I will kill you." My voice was cold and bitter. He gently punched my arm.
We talked all the way to my house. I wasn't mad at him anymore. I didn't want to be mad at anyone. I just wanted my life to fall back together. I want Xander back. I missed him.
"Have you decided a college yet?" I asked him.
"No, not yet. I kind of want to leave, but then again I want to stay close to you guys. What about you?"
"Not sure yet, I want.to be a photographer though." We both smiled.
"Free wedding pictures!" I laughed.
"Yes, yes. of course."
We pulled up in front of my house. There was a car parked beside mine. I ran to the door and unlocked it. I opened it slowly and looked around.
"Hello?" then I heard a familiar voice.
"Roxy.."
My jaw dropped.
