Harder To Breathe (xi)

She run. Seulgi freaking run.

She left her beloved food just to stay away from Jimin. She didn't care if Joohyun will scold her because she left the food.

All she cared about is herself. Her feeling. The emotions that is starting to grow on her and things that are not suitable to think about.

She don't want Jimin around her. His trouble, she knows it really well. Park Jimin or any male Idol in her area is dangerous for her career and Jimin of all people can also bring damage to her heart if Seulgi let herself stay for awhile or listen to him more.

She can't breathe properly every time Jimin is around, like the air around her suddenly become thinner and thinner. Seulgi don't want any of that.

It's like Jimin existence keeps her away from breathing.

After running for a few minutes, when Seulgi think she is miles away from Jimin she finally stopped running. She's out of breath and she's sweating a lot.

She doesn't know if it's because of tiredness or she was just nervous as hell.

Seulgi held her beating heart and question it. Why her little heart beating that way?

And why can't she find a freaking taxi to get away?

"Ya! Seulgi'ssi! Where's our food?!" Seungwan is the one who scolded her while the other members of Red Velvet were just looking at her questionably. Well Seulgi can't blame them because she looked extremely stressed and haggard.

Seulgi just walked towards their dorm and the air conditioning didn't even help to cool her down.

She didn't mind Seungwan and she just walked to her room, lock it up. Her same age friend who happened to share the room with her have her own key anyway.

Seulgi will just mind everything tomorrow. She doesn't want to think about anything, she just wants to sleep and forget what happened and wish that it will never come back to her the moment she will open her eyes.

She just wants to forget Jimin... but she knows it's a failure.

A major failure.

She can't forget because every time she will close her eyes? Jimin's apologetic face is always crashing and banging to her and because of that she can't sleep properly even if she baldly want to.

And then it's 4 am in the morning yet Seulgi eyes were wide open and still activated. Her remaining brain cells are also partying thinking all her encounter with Jimin.

Seulgi decided to stand up and saw her sleeping friend beside her, she felt jealous.

She walked out and open their doors. Maybe she need a drink.

While walking to the kitchen she saw the light was already open and someone is cooking.

There's no other people in their dorm who cooked early in the morning other than Joohyun.

Joohyun is an early bird and Seulgi was not wrong for thinking it is Joohyun. Bae Joohyun were standing in front of the kitchen counter cleaning some ingredients that she'll cook.

"You really love cooking when you can't sleep." Seulgi said leaning on the wall and smiling to her unnie.

"At least I'm not ironing your clothes." Joohyun joked and smiled back at Seulgi.

Seulgi laughed and walked closer to the older girl. She felt like she badly need a hug and Seulgi need her best friend.

"Is this for breakfast unnie?" Seulgi asked after looking at Joohyun's food.

"My breakfast." Joohyun stated and giggles while stirring her hot choco and preparing for her breakfast. 

"And I know you want a hug." Joohyun also added after finalizing her breakfast on their table.

Red Velvet Leader opened her both arms and Seulgi didn't think twice and run to hug her favorite unnie.

"What happened? Tell me Seulgi'ssi."

Would Seulgi tell Joohyun? Seulgi's mind are in chaos at the moment whether to tell Joohyun what she felt or she will just keep it to herself for her to worry.

"Nothing Irene unnie. I'm just tired." Seulgi choose the latter. She doesn't want to bother anyone with her simple and nonsense problem.

"Just stay away from him." Joohyun suddenly whispered to Seulgi's ears and Seulgi's monolid and cute eyes becomes big from what she heard from her beloved unnie.

"It's for our own good Seulgi. Don't attach yourself to an Idol."
