Harder To Breathe (xxxiv)

Jimin drives her home... safe, sound but away from her actual dorm.

Seulgi decided to stop the car before it reached Red Velvet's dorm. He stopped his car street away from her place and not saying anything. He might sense her worries the whole ride.

Seulgi is glancing everywhere afraid because her members might see the two of them or people who are passing by or some other neighbourhoods.

Like what Jimin said, Seulgi's manager can't pick her right away, Her manager was stocked at the traffic and he can't pick her immediately and suggested her to just take a cab.

But the rain was getting harder and harder and she couldn't see any vehicle other than Jimin's shining car.

She doesn't have a choice but to grab Jimin's offer and stays silent the whole ride.

It's so awkward. Her mind just blows up with Jimin words.

She might be slow sometimes but what she heard was done loading and she picked and understood it so quick.

Seulgi thinks that Jimin just confessed to her. But what to say? Will she confess too? But how? What would she say?

She is still hesitating about what she's feeling for Jimin.

Would she call it crush?

Extreme emotion?

Is it love?

Or just plain attraction?

"Unnie is getting older and older. You forgot again!" Yerim's hyper voice echoed to the whole practice room.

Seulgi can't help but to smile at her members' craziness.

"Maybe now I need to finally have my rest? I'm not getting any younger. I should just stay home." Joohyun said smiling and laughing, making all the members think it was a joke.

But Seulgi knows better. Joohyun never jokes about her age. She hates exclaiming that she's old.

Joohyun meant what she said... but Seulgi won't accept that. 

"Your age is growing but not your beauty Unnie." Seungwan compliments their Leader.

Seulgi shrugs off the thought of Joohyun living them. Joohyun won't do that. Never.

"Irene. The CEO is calling you." Everyone of them stopped laughing about their random jokes when their manager calls Joohyun.

"Okay children! You can go home now. Don't wait for me."

Seulgi glanced at Joohyun worriedly. Seulgi sense something is not right.

Why does the CEO need Joohyun? Is she in trouble? Are they in trouble? Seulgi wondered.

SM ent. CEO doesn't make any meeting or gathering with Group Leaders if it's not so important. He sometimes wants the whole group to be present.

"Seulgi? You won't come with us?" Seungwan asked her when she realized that she's not fixing her things.

"No. I still have things to do." Seulgi stays in the practice room and plays their first track. Dancing it.

Knock Knock! then she heard a sound from the door.

"Seulgi noona, are you done practicing? Can we borrow this room for a moment?"

And so Seulgi left the practice room to the trainees and went to the rooftop. She also texted Joohyun to meet her at the rooftop because Seulgi will wait for her until they finish the talk with the CEO but instead of a girl?

A guy named Park Jimin is the one who opened the door.
