Harder To Breathe (xv)

She's crying. She's crying not because of happiness.

She's crying not because they won an award.

She's crying not because she can't eat her favorite food.

Seulgi's crying because she can't take the hate. She is so weak.

She wanted to slap herself a thousand times for reading all of the hates but she can't help herself, it was like her hands is having their own mind to open all the site which has her name.

Now she is still crying. Her tears are nonstop. Even if she wiped it out a hundred times it is still falling. Even the weather felt her pain and now any minute, it is going to rain.

*Unknown Number Calling*

Someone is calling Seulgi. Who is it this time?

Hello?

But no one answered so Seulgi ended the call.

*Unknown Number Calling*

And it's calling again.

"Who are you?!" She shouted. Maybe some of her haters knew her number. Maybe they are pranking her now.

"Please stop this. Please." Seulgi beg hoping for them to stop hating on her. To stop this madness their creating for her. She's crying while begging them but she got nothing but silence.

Seulgi turned off her phone and sat on the cold cement. The lightning is too bright for Seulgi's eyes so she always closes her eyes every time it's striking.

She's not afraid of thunderstorms and she feels like she's also not afraid to die.

Maybe this is what Seulgi's lights mean, the lightning bolt. This is what she needs.

And in any seconds Seulgi knew that the rain will finally fall to her.

The rain started to pour. It's raining already but why the rain didn't fall at her?

Instead of rain, someone voice echoed to Seulgi ears. Someone is standing in front of her "Please stop crying."

Seulgi looked up just to see Jimin looking intently at her while holding an umbrella.

"Please?" Jimin added.

But even after Park Jimin pleaded, Seulgi's tears continue to fall down her cheeks and now she's crying really hard.

Of all the people who can see her crying why Jimin? Why it's always Jimin?

"Seulgi." Jimin still standing in front of her, shielding Seulgi from the rain.

Seulgi stood up, she doesn't care what she looks like.

She did not look at him. Her ears is close for him.

"Leave me alone." Seulgi's sharp voice pierces her heart too and she doesn't know why.

But she meant it.

She doesn't want to see Jimin. Not his face. Not his presence. Not him.

She just wanted to be alone. Why can't she have that?

"I will but, please stop crying." Jimin said.

Seulgi don't know how to react. Jimin is there standing in front of her like a mushroom that just popped up.

"What do you want Jimin?" She said nonchalant.

"What are you doing here?" She stared at him now.

"Why do you care?!" Seulgi is now raising her voice.

"Why are you doing this to me?!" She shouted more.

Seulgi bursted out-finally facing Jimin with questions that always wanted to come out.

"I-I don't know." Jimin's confused look is visible to Seulgi's eyes. The lightning behind the Man helped her to see it.

"You don't know?!" Seulgi's can't believe his answer. Her angry voice echoed making the place look more silent than ever.

Seulgi pushed Jimin off and the umbrella slip to his hand.

Her plan was to run again but Jimin blocked her. He knows she will do that. 

Jimin pulled Seulgi to her waist closer to him.

"Now do you feel it too?" His face is just an inch away from Seulgi's.

Before they were just meters away from each other but every time they were alone... little by little the distance between them is fading. Eating all the distance without them knowing.

"Wha-what are you saying?" Seulgi shuttered afraid of what is going to happen next. Jimin closer face is too distracting for her and they're in a situation which is distracting too.

No one dares to pull out.

No one dares to break their eye contact.

"The attraction between us." Jimin added and closing the distance between them.
