Sky's POV.
I sat in my assigned seat in the front right corner of my last class. I glanced at the clock hoping that class is almost over. Don't get me wrong, the teacher is amazing, but the class is boring.
1:45 PM
How is there still a half an hour left in this class?!
"Good God, let's eat," Garrish murmured, and began to pull the trigger again." The robotic voice that was read to us spoke.
"Okay, that's all were going to read today. I'm going to pass out a worksheet, and whatever you don't finish is homework." Ms. Coleman announced to the class.
As I was next to her desk, I was the first to get a worksheet. I read everything first and did what seemed the easiest then the hardest.
I finished within the next 15 minutes and got out Little House In The Big Woods.
I was only a couple pages from where I last left off, before I noticed someone sitting down in the empty seat next to me.
"Hey." The voice spoke quietly.
"Hi?" I asked looking over to see my friend Bethany.
"I have a question for you." She says.
"Okay. What's the question?"
"Okay, so say someone died and then they got cremated, then someone made pancakes and they put the ashes in the pancake batter then someone ate the pancakes. Would that person who ate the pancakes be a cannibal?" She laughs. (A/N: that's an actual question my classmate once asked me.)
"Um, yes in the sense that what that person is eating does contain what used to be a human, but no in the sense that the ashes aren't technically 'human' anymore, it's ash." I explained. "I don't know, that's probably a question for Mr. Roark."
"Okay, do you think Ms. Coleman likes blue cheese dressing?" She asks.
"I don't know, why don't you ask her?"
"Because that's kind of weird, just to go up to someone and ask if they like blue cheese."
"But it's not weird asking me if a teacher likes blue cheese?"
"No."
"Okay then." I say, turning my attention back to my book, just in time for the bell to ring.
I sigh and put the picture of Bluebell that I use as a bookmark in the page that I left off on.
I walked out of the classroom holding my binder and two folders to my chest as I try and push through the crowded hall.
"Oh my God, can you guys walk any slower?" I mumble under my breath to the people in front of me.
I finally push pass everyone that was in my way and get to my locker, where Eve was already standing next to it.
"I want to murder everyone who stands in the middle of the fucking hallway." I say to Eve, while putting in my combination.
