Eve's POV.
"Eleanor!" I called groggily into my pillow, muffling half of my sound. I waited, though I don't know why I was expecting an answer if she couldn't hear me. "El!" I called again, this time lifting my head off the pillow. Not long until she trots into my room, toothbrush in her mouth.
"What?" She says, moving her toothbrush around.
"Why are you--"
"Dude! Don't you have school today??" She interupts me, and my eyes shoot wide open.
"What day is it?!"
"Friday."
"Shit, I guess weekends can't come faster. What time is it??"
"I dunno, about 7:00."
"Shiiiit shit shit shit..." I mumbled, fumbling around with my phone and keys. I was moving too fast because I ended up tripping over my comforter; "OH SWEET MOTHER OF JESUS."
As fast as I could, I brushed my teeth, cleansed my face, and moisturized; I ain't got no time for makeup. I decided to change into my lazy outfit because let's face it, if my face isn't going to look good, my outfit isn't going to either. Rushing down the stairs and tying my hair into a messy bun at the same time, I grabbed a banana and a bottled water to go and slipped on my shoes.
"BYE EL!!" I shouted, before locking the door and going to my car. I quickly insert my key into the ignition and drive off to school.

I get out of my car and see students heading inside. Oh no no no no, the bell rang. I shove my banana and water into my backpack and run towards the main building. I hear the passing-period music start to play, so I pick up my pace, but ram into a tall figure. I fall back, my backpack catching my fall, thankfully.
"Owe-howww..." I winced. I was about to go off on the person, considering I wasn't in the mood to be even more late than I already am, but my eyes soften when I look up.
"I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" Luke pulls me back up to my feet, and this seems udderly familiar.
"I'm fine... sorry." I simply respond.
"You're good." He says. He eyes me up and down, and stiffles a laugh. I cross my arms and glared at him. "Do you have something to say, because I'm actually really not in the mood to hear it."
"N-nope, um, just... we gotta stop meeting like this." He chuckles.
"I agree." The bell rings, and I sigh in annoyance.
"Well, I'm sorry I made you late." You should be.
"Yeah, me too. See you later."
"Bye."
I run down the hallways and pray that Mr. Klark doesn't mark me absent. I hate being late. "Please cover for me Sky, please cover for meee." I mumble under my breath, as I finally reach the doors of his classroom. I catch my breath, and quietly walk into the classroom. Mr. Klark was walking around, probably checking to see who did the review sheet, and I slip into my seat when he turns to the opposite direction.
