I watched on with the other wives and girlfriends as my boyfriend Aaron Judge blast another ball out of Yankee Stadium. "He has to win rookie of the year." One of them said and I couldn't help but smile. 

I cheered for him as he rounded the bases and when he crossed home, he pointed to me and winked at me. He's been my best friend since I can remember and now we're living out his dream and I couldn't be more proud of him. 

The Yankees ended up winning the game, which they needed because they were in a little bit of a slump right now giving up first place to their rivals, The Boston Red Sox. The guys weren't happy about that, but hey, it's baseball. 

Aaron did interviews and then all the wives and girlfriends were let on the field for the post game fireworks seeing as it was the Fourth of July. "Baby you did so good today!" I said as I hugged Aaron as he came out of the dugout. 

"I play well because you're here." He said as he kissed me. "Yeah what about all the other times?" I asked with a laugh as we sat down in the outfield grass waiting for the show to start. "It's probably because I know you're watching and I want to make you proud." He said as he looked at me. 

"Baby no matter how good or bad you do in a game, I'm always going to be proud of you because you're in the MLB, that's a major accomplishment." I said and he leaned in and kissed me just as the fireworks started going off. 

"I've never been this happy in my whole life." He said as we both stared up at the fireworks above us. "I feel the same way and it's all because of you." I said not taking my eyes off the sky, but I knew he was staring at me and smiling. 

"I can say the same about you my love. Thank you for coming on this long journey with me babe, I can't be more thankful for you." He said as he wrapped his arm around me and brought me closer to him so I could lean my head on his shoulder. 

"I love you Aaron, I wouldn't want to do this with anyone else."
