First Day at the Park~Andrew Benintendi

"Babe, are you sure that we should bring him to the park to meet the guys?" Andrew asked as we were getting our little princess, Mia, ready to go to meet the guys. I sighed and gave him a look. 

"Andrew, they've been asking since she was born to meet her, it's finally time." I said with a laugh. I completed her outfit with red pants to go along with her "my dad plays baseball" onesie. I had to admit, we made a pretty cute kid. 

"Alright if you say so, but we have to get going." He said picking her up and taking her downstairs to get in her carrier. I sighed and got dressed myself, not bothering with hair and makeup because it was going to be a hot one. 

"You ready to go?" He asked as I came downstairs. "Yes, so ready to get back to the park." I said with a smile and he kissed me. He took Mia and his bags and put them both into the car. "I still have a bad feeling about bringing her here." He said as we pulled up to the park. 

"It's going to be just fine, we're going to be just fine, just hit homers for us tonight." I said with a laugh while getting her out of the car. "DID YOU ACTUALLY TALK HIM INTO BRINGING HER HERE?!" Brock yelled as he saw us in the halls. 

"Yes I did, we're heading to the clubhouse so everyone can see her." I said after giving him a hug. Everyone gawked over her, as I thought they would because she's adorable. "How'd you talk him into bringing her here?" Mookie asked after giving me a hug. 

I looked over at Andrew who had a watchful eye over Christian Vazquez who was holding Mia. "Honestly, I couldn't tell you but he's too protective over her already. Look at him!" I said with a laugh. 

"Well could you blame him? She is gonna bring home so many boys when she's older." He said and I laughed. "I mean you aren't wrong." I said with a laugh. "Andrew, lighten up, she's just fine. Most of the guys in here have kids, they aren't going to drop her." I said as he handed her off to Brock, who just had a kid of his own. 

"I'm just nervous, they're like big kids around here and I worry." He said and I kissed him. "Brock just had Griffin, I think he knows how to hold a baby, she's just fine." I said and he sighed. "I guess you're right." He said. 

He was so overprotective and it was the sweetest thing ever. I decided to take picture of her and Brock because he was just being a good Uncle and it was the cutest thing. "Griffin better be dating her when he gets older." Brock said and I laughed. 

"Oh no she won't, if he's anything like you, she'll be staying far away from him." Andrew said and everyone laugh as Brock pouted. "I'm not that bad am I?" He said looking at his wife. "No Brock, you're perfect and I agree, Griff is going to love his new girlfriend." She said as she took Mia from Brock. 

We had a perfect family here at the Red Sox and I wouldn't have it any other way.
