AURORA'S BIRTHDAY CAME faster than she expected. She was finally eighteen, making her the oldest in her class. And she was spending the day going back to her parents to visit them and their new home.

Aurora stood before the Hogwarts Express in Hogsmeade Station, that would take her home, pursing her lips. It was the night of the full moon, and she was looking up at Remus.

"I shouldn't be coming with you." Remus commented, and Aurora looked up at him.

"I've got your potion, and the barn at my new house is large enough for you to move around if you have to. Nobody goes in it or will be near it; plus, I'll be there."

Remus looked down at her. "Do your parents know what I am?"

Aurora nodded. "They won't tell anyone."

He sighed, the two walking onto the train. "I'm surprised they're letting you go out with me."

Aurora — who was too excited, leaned forward, smirking at Remus.

"I'm eighteen," she said. "They can't do anything."

Remus sighed. "So, they don't want you dating me?"

"They don't have a problem with it," she said. "Even if they were to, I still wouldn't care."

She took his hand, sliding the compartment door behind them.

She sat down beside him after putting her bag on the luggage rack above them. "Are you nervous?"

"No," Remus said, biting into a piece of chocolate. "Not at all."

She rubbed his arm, her fingers tangling with his as she grabbed his hand. "Don't be, they'll love you. I know I do."

Remus hummed, resting his chin on the top of her head as she leaned her head on his shoulder. "I hardly believe that's fair, but I'll take it."

Aurora laughed, squeezing his hand before looking out the window.

Aurora and Remus managed to get to her parents' new home within a few hours. Once they arrived, Remus offered to carry her bag — more like arguing with Aurora who claimed she was all right carrying it, he wanted to be a gentleman.

Aurora's mother wheeled her way down the built ramp in front of their home, with her dad grabbing the handles and pushing her instead.
