Location: pearl safe house
Date: late may, 2084

I laid there on my bed looking up at my ceiling. The fan spun in a fast motion, I Watched as the fans past my face. My mind raced on the out comes today and with jay helping us was wrong.

I got out of bed and walked into the living room and found Sean looking out of the window. He looked up his gray eye shined with the high sun rise.
" hey" i said sitting down across from him " are you okay with this?"
" okay with what?"
I gestured over the sleeping Jay on the couch.
Sean sighed " no not really for god sakes he tried to kill us why are you letting Jay help us?"

" I don't like this much as you do Sean and the others and jay promised if today goes well he is to stay in alpha custody"

" and if not?" he asked
" back in the sleep chambers and has a trip to upstate"
" do you trust jay?"
" what choice do we have!" i snapped, Sean flinched
" sean you only have to put up with him for another 72 hours then what he does choose his fate for him"

I left the the room and slammed the door behind me. Jay was leaning on the wall, giving me a playful grin.

" someone doesn't like to play around" jay smirked
" Shut your mouth up before i shut it for you!"
" ahh come on princess"
I rolled my eye's " don't call me that!"
" well if we want to save the city love me must be going"

He bowed and let me walk past him. We both walk into the armory and look at the others. Sean narrows his eyes at me then looked at Jay. The tension in the room was building. Sounds of guns clicking in place and safety on and off.

" jay stop it" I snap
" stop what?"
" Jay!"
" sorry love"

I went over to jay and pinned him to the wall. Holding a gun to his stomach.

" double cross us and you die"
jays face turned dark " you have my word"

" good" I walk out of the room with my shifting naginata in hand. I go into the roof and watched the sun rise over the city.

I sit down so that my legs are dangling over the edge. My thoughts go back home to Mea and Jake Then my meeting with sean Now my mother who could have been lying to me the whole time. Tears slowly stream down my face, Where all part of something bigger.

" were all part of something bigger" I mutter to myself
" were all part of a game"

My eye's shot open my heart pounds faster at the phase " were all part of game". I stand up dark clouds covering the sky, bursts of color light up the sky. My jacket falls to the soaking roof, The cold rain strangely comforting, the blade also drops to the ground.

My body starts to move slowly with the rain. Small shocks start to form around my body, the mark glowing that go around my torso and up my back then flows to my right arm. The marks glow a blinding white, the rain stops And after a few long seconds the rain starts up again.
" lryia..." Sean says behind me
" how long have you been standing there?" I ask
" how long have been able to do that?"
" since I got my powers"
" why use it now?" a small spark went off in his eye.
I rose an eyebrow " that is none of your consern"

I walk back inside not bothering to look him in the eye again. The hallways feel wide so far away. Jay always lurking around points me into a dark room. I shoot him a glare from inside.

" what you finding out?" I ask
" mr Snoop was going through your computer "
" you know why?"
" he was looking for a report "
" which one" my heart is ponding in my chest.
" on the night you got your powers"

My stomach drops to the ground, Now i start to think. It's been a year and half ever since I got my powers and almost a year where i've known Sean where he's Been put to my attention.

I start to think of how many times Sean has left and came back with a hint of guilt in his face. Everytime an unknown number called his phone.
" is it possible that he's been selling us out?" I ask
" Maybe"

Some one knocks on the door and right away I know it's Alex. Im glad that it isn't Sean or he would ask many more questions.
" come on guys we got to go"

We follow Alex into the armory and suit up. I zip up my top and put on the leather arm piece and wrapped around my neck. Next the gloves, then my boots, my hair is put up in a high pony tail, I wash off the makeup covering the lighting bolt over my left eye. My boots slip on my feet and easily over my knees.

I strap the sling on my back. My naginata folded into a gun clicked right into place. I slip extra amo into the 3 pouches on my hip.
" hey lryia you ready?" Alex called
" ready as i'll ever be"

I took one last look around before I got on the jet. The ware house came into view just a mile away. We landed right at an tunnel entrance, The jet landing without a sound. Luckily there weren't any Guards. We took out any guards that we saw.

I stopped too look down at the main chamber. The bomb was huge, painted red and had a label on it that was too alarming. I watched as they loaded it up on a truck and was being loaded up on a drone.

" guys " I saw breathlessly
" I see it" Alex and Jay replied

An alarm went off it was too late to be stealthy. Men start to open fire on all of us. I threw up a shield causing to make bullets fall to the ground. Everyone else starts shooting back.

" hey lighting want to play " I could hear the smirk plastered on Jays face through the coms.
" ni"
I jump down from my spot on high railing. They rush to put guns up buts it's too late, All of them are in the air.
" guys we need to get that drone" Alex yells.
" I got it!"

I run out into the field where an makeshift airfield was made. The done was getting ready too take off. Someone steps in front of me. The face almost a copy of my own.

" dad!?"
