"Grace.... Grace", Marshall said, shaking me. "Uh what?", I said, covering my eyes. "The doctor came while you were sleeping. She said that we can take DeShaun today", "Really?", "Yeah, babe. DeShaun is coming home with us", "Yes! But first what's the time?". Marshall laughed, "Eleven o'clock".

"Can we go see DeShaun?", "Yes we can", Marshall said, happily. "Come on", Marshall got off the bed reaching for my hand. I kicked off the blanket and took Marshall's hand.

He led me down the cold hallway, I'm tired kinda tired. We got to DeShaun's room, I was so excited. I let go of Marshall's hand and ran to DeShaun. He was up and was cry. "Shh, shh. Mommy's here", I said, picking up DeShaun. Once he was in my arms, he stopped crying. I looked over at Marshall, he had a massive smile on his face. "Magic touch babe", Marshall said.

"Now that DeShaun's here, we have to plan the rest of the wedding", "Yeah, I guess we do". "I can't believe how fast nine months went by. Plus the wedding's in a month". "Yeah, it has. I can't believe I'm marrying the most beautiful woman in the world". "And I'm marrying the hottest man in the world", I said, rocking DeShaun back and forth. "I can't wait", Marshall said. "Neither can I".

"You wanna hold him?", I asked. "Yeah babe". I carefully handed DeShaun to Marshall. "And look here's daddy", I said to DeShaun. "Hi DeShaun", Marshall said. DeShaun cooed. Marshall waved his fingers in DeShaun's face. DeShaun grabbed one of Marshall's finger and tried to suck on it. "Cuties", I said.

A doctor came in the room. "Miss Shep and Mr. Mathers, you can take DeShaun home now", "Really?", I asked. "Yep".

We got Nate to pick us up from the hopital and he drove us back home. I sat in the back seat with DeShaun. DeShaun was asleep. God, he was so cute asleep, well, he was cute all the time. "How's it like to be a mom?", Nate asked, his eyes focused on the road. "It's different".

"How is he babe?", Marshall asked, turning to look at me and DeShaun. "Asleep. So he's good". Marshall smiled as he looked at me and DeShaun. I was holding DeShaun's tiny hand. "When's the wedding?", Nate asked. "In a month", "Cool".

We slowed down and Nate pulled into the driveway. He parked behind Marshall's car. Weird thing is that there was another car. "Oh fuck no!", Marshall said. "What-", Marshall slamming the car door cut me off. I looked at Nate, he shrugged. "Guess we better follow him", Nate said, I nodded my head agreeing. Nate got out the car and raced inside.

I got DeShaun and walked fast into the house. Shit! I mentally cursed. There was fighting going on. "The fuck you doing here!", I heard Marshall shout. More shouting and swearing was heard, I quickly ran to DeShaun's room. I quickly, but calmly put DeShaun in his crib. His eyelids closed. Good, he's asleep. Now time to find out what the fuck is going on!

I ran out of DeShaun's room and to wear the shouting was coming from. Nate was separating Marshall and Kim, it didn't stop them from shouting. Kim pushed past Nate and to the front door, "I'm gonna win Marshall. You'll never see the girls again", Kim said and with that, she slammed the door shut.

"What the fuck was that about?", I asked, with a puzzled look on my face, "Kim. She's the fucking problem", Marshall said, sitting on the couch, tightly gripping on his blonde hair. "Don't worry about her. Just think we've got DeShaun". "Yeah. You're right babe", Marshall said, letting go of his hair. I pulled Marshall into a hug.

"Bro, can you get DeShaun's carseat outta your car", "Sure". Once Nate exited the house, all the girls came from downstairs. "Is she gone?", Whit asked, looking around. "Yeah, she's gone girls. Don't worry", I said. Nate entered the house again, "Here". He said, handing me DeShaun's car seat. "Thanks". "No problems", Nate said. Whit sat next to me, leaning her head on my shoulder. I wrapped my arm around Whit pulling her into a side hug.

"Can I go see DeShaun?", Laney asked. "Sure. Try not to wake him up". "Okay", Laney said, walking off. "Wait for me!", Hailie said, running after Laney. "What about me!", Whit said, jumping off the couch and running after Hailie and Laney.

Marshall looked at me, I smiled. He smiled back. "Guess we're gonna have to plan the wedding some more, huh?", Marshall said. "Yeah. Guess we should".

I heard crying. "Grace!", Whit called. "Coming", I said, getting off the couch. "We'll talk later", I said to Marshall. He nodded.

I made my way to DeShaun's room. "Come here baby", I said to DeShaun, I picked him up. I rocked him back and forth, "Sorry Grace", Whit apologized, looking down. "It's fine. Don't worry about it". "Really? You're not mad?". "No. Babies cry all the time, so don't worry about it". "Okay", Whit said, looking back up. "Come on girls. We'll go and feed him". "Okay", they all said. I think it's cute.

I led them all out DeShaun's room and down the hall, into the kitchen. "Who wants to hold DeShaun". "I do! I do!", they all said. "Um.. Marshall help me here", "Let Whit hold him, she's never had a baby brother or sister". "Okay", I handed DeShaun to Whitney. "Careful", "I will".

I taught Whit how to hold a baby properly. Once I got Whit to hold him, I began to prepare DeShaun's bottle. I'm gonna do bottles and breastfeed him. In a few minutes, I had made DeShaun's first bottle of milk.

I placed the bottle on the bench, "Pass him here". "Okay", Whitney passed DeShaun back to me. I held him in my arms, grabbed the bottle of milk and sat down. DeShaun happily drank the milk.

It's now ten o'clock. Hailie and Whit had gone to bed and Laney was just hanging out with us in the lounge. We were watching some TV show, Laney and Marshy looked into interested. "I'm gonna make a drink. Want something?", I whispered to Marshall. "Just a coffee", "Okay". I stood up, "Laney, would you like a drink?", "Sure. A tea please". "Okay".

I walked into the kitchen and turned on the jug. I leaned on the bench, staring out the window. Damn! So much has changed. I went from feeling like horse shit to feeling like a queen. I went from being depressed to filled with life. I went from doing drugs to being disgusted by them and flushing them. I went from bruised and battered to loved and wanted. Life is pretty good right now.

I brought myself out of my thoughts. The jug was boiled. I made Marshall his coffee, Laney her tea and made myself a hot choclate. I walked back into the lounge, holding all three cups. I gave Laney her tea and Marshall his coffee.

"Thanks babe", "Your welcome Marshy". "Marshy?", Laney asked. "My nickname for your dad". "Oh". Laney took a sip of her tea. Marshall continued to watch TV. I didn't really like it. "I'm gonna head to bed. See you later", I whispered to Marshall. "Okay. Night". "Night", I gave Marshall a kiss and headed upstairs. I managed not to spill any of my hot chocolate on my way.

I finally made it to Marshall's room. I looked down, I had lost a bit of weight. Hopefully I can be a bit slimmer for the wedding. Shit! The wedding! We've planned most of it. We just have to buy my dress, the girls dresses and Marshall's suit. And shoes.

We already have planned who's coming, where it is. Even what we're doing for our honeymoon. Well, Marshall's planning the honneymoon, I haven't been told a thing, apart from, "You're gonna love it". It's not really much of a hint. I placed my hot chocolate on the bedside table.

Mentally sighing, I stripped off my clothes. I slipped into my nighty. Ever since I was pregnant, I liked nighty's so much more. It was a little bit to big. But screw it, I'm wearing it. I slipped under the covers, sitting up, I took a sip of my hot chocolate.

I wanna know what Marshall's planning... Bet he won't tell me.
