8: Happy times

Have you ever woken up somewhere which definitely isn't your bed and you have no idea where you are or how you landed up here? I have. I was submerged in my dreams when someone's voice woke me up.

Rubbing my eyes, I got up. Events from last night kept displaying in my mind.

I was still wearing the clothes from last night. The skirt was wrinkled and my hair was in a mess. I ran my hand in my hair in an attempt to flatten it and get rid of some tangles.

"Yes, she's up." Ashton called out.

"What's the time?" I asked.

"Almost 2pm." Jacob replied.

"Are Elena and Charlotte up?"

"Yes. Derek had to go home early so Elena caught a ride with him and Charlotte's in the kitchen."

Just then, Charlotte appeared with a cup of coffee.
"These hangovers" she groaned.

"Shouldn't have had so much vodka" I casually tell her.

"You seem fine. How come?"

"Dude, she had vodka, tequila and according to Derek even couple of beers after we were wasted." Ashton answered for me.

"Damn." Jacob exclaimed.

I didn't know what to say so I just smiled akwardly. Derek an Elena had to leave me here!

"Hey, Ashley wanna have a girl's day today? Sundays are off for you and Elena so we can either get our nails done or go shopping."

Shopping. My weakness. How am I supposed to say no? Also, I had quite alot of savings and I can afford to spend some on myself.

"Sure. Sounds like a plan" I happily agreed.

"I'll inform Elena. Meet us at the mall by 4, okay?"

"Okay. I'll better get going. It was really nice meeting you guys." I smiled at all three of them.

"I'm heading home too. I'll drop you off." Jacob said.

"Amm okay."

With that, we left Charlotte's appartment.

The ride with Jacob was long and fun. We were singing on top of our voices and he's a complete idiot! Unlike Derek, he's a chatterbox and full of goofiness.

"Wanna have dinner with us tonight? The boys are coming at my place for a gaming night. You all can join us after your shopping." Jacob asked once we were outside my building.

"I don't have any plans so I guess yes. If Elena and Charlotte agree, count me in."

Yes, it was time to change.

"Cool." Jacob smiled.

He was cute. His messy brown hair, sea green eyes, chiseled jawline and a charming smile.
All these guys looked so damn good.

Coming home, I took a long shower. Hot water baths are the best. I changed into a striped halter neck top and white jeans. I even uploaded a few pictures from last night on instagram.
