Between 3: Sins of a King

Chapter 1: Execution

Narrator: "Delas, the Desert of Sin, a place where the people believe that they were born to sin. With their 8 towns embodied one of the 8 sins. They each had a ruler to watch each town and a guardian with a superhuman ability and also embodied a sin. The people agreed with most of the choices for a long time, until this order was given out by the ruler of the town of Agonia, Alcionus 7 years ago."

Alcionus: "All of the next generation sins must be either captured or killed!"

Narrator: "No one thought that this was a smart choice for the rulers. They would be placing their heirs in danger when they came to power."

Citizen 1: "What are they thinking!"

Citizen 2: "The 8 guardians can't let this happen!"

Narrator: "The guardians had lost their sanity, no one knows why. Most of the children were normal and was half sin, half normal, but the guardians of Agony and Greed had twin daughters. Their names are Jade and Ruby Laven. We will see them when their parents came to capture them."

Jade: "Daddy... what are you doing?"

Agony: "(insanely) Capture or kill, neither is so bad."

Ruby: "What is happening?!"

Narrator: "The guardians were brainwashed so that they could cooperate in the capture of the bloodline of sin."

Jade: "Mommy, Daddy stay back!"

Greed\ Agony: "Capture or kill, neither is so bad."

Ruby: "I'm scared!"

Jade grabs her signature weapon, a hammer from a nearby, smashing it against their jaws, knocking them out.

Jade: "Ruby, we have to run."

Ruby: "(crying) What?"

Jade: "You heard me, run!"

Narrator: "The sister run, without looking back. They had grown of in the town of Gree, for most of their lives. Jade was born with her father's ability to deal punishment right back at her adversary, even though she can't deal a lot back quite yet. Ruby had her mother's ability to seemingly disappear in shadows, only for a bit and only occasionally."

Ruby: "What is going on sis?"

Jade: "I have no idea."

Narrator: "The two had rushed to town only to find several smaller guards patrolling the streets."

Ruby: "What do we do?"

Jade: "I don't kno--"

???: "You two get over here."

Jade: "Huh?"

They turn around to see the local shopkeeper.

Shopkeeper: "The rulers issued an order to have the children of sin captured or killed."

Jade: "Why?"

Shopkeeper: "No one has any idea, just come with me into my shop."

Both: "Alright then."

The two follow the man into his shop's secret basement without being noticed.

Shopkeeper: "Just hide here."

Jade: "Why are you going against the rulers orders?"

Shopkeeper: "No one agrees with the order, we will try to keep you hidden for as long as possible."

Ruby: "Okay."

Narrator: "Four out of the eight children remained hidden for 7 years, including Jade and Ruby. The other four were captured, waiting for execution. Jade, Ruby and the other 2 trained in the art of several weapons. Let's fast forward 7 years."
