"That was so fun! We should do it again sometime!" Ash joked. Misty laughed. "It was pretty great."

"Oh! Oh! How about the time with the two Nidoran? With Tony and Maria?" Ash piped up again.

"Oh that. Remember how I was trying to get them together?" Misty said. "Yeah, and you said 'they're not mature enough to admit it but they really like eachother'." Ash smiled.

"And then Tracey said it was just like us.." they said together, each avoiding the other's gaze.

"That wasn't true.." Ash said simply. "Nope- no- never will be-" Misty added. "Yeah- there's lots of guy-girl friends!"

"Yeah.."

"What about that time Team Rocket called us lovebirds?"

"Well.. that will never be true.." Misty muttered underneath her breath. "What?"

"N-nothing," she responded.

"Oh."

"Yeah.."

"Yup.."

"So..."

"What now?" Ash asked. "I don't know."

"We could talk about our feelings."

"Ash, sometimes I really question you."

"Well, I'm feeling pretty happy right now! Life is great, but it could be better, y'know?"

"I really don't." Misty replied. Ash smiled. "I wish I had a girlfriend I guess."

"W-what?"

"I mean, everyone else- well, that's exaggerating, everyone but Brock is dating someone basically."

"Yeah, except for us."

"Yeah. My point exactly."

"What do you mean...?"
"I mean- I dunno."
"Ash you can't ju-"

He cut her off with a kiss.

Awwww I'm so terrible at writing anyways hi I'll try to update more frequently but I'll once again be inactive this weekend and next weekend, and then in three weeks I won't be active for about four, but I'll be writing the whole time I just can't publish cause no wifi.

I'll remember to remind in the most recent chapter before I leave anyways bye
