Lauren's POV;
"KATHERINE!! KATH! COME HERE!!" I hear Dani and my brother, Christian scream before I blacked out.

Since everyone was out of the house today except for Dani, Christian, Kath and I. Us younger ones decided we should do something fun. We decided to reenact our favourite scene from our favourite movie. For this scene, you needed a fire and well let's just say, things didn't go too well.

Kath's POV;
After I hear Dani and Christian screaming like mad chickens for me too come wherever they are, I throw my book on the ground in my room and run outside. What I see, breaks my heart.

"What in the world did you guys do!!" I scream at them. I was trusted with my three younger siblings and here they are practically burning our house down! I'm never going to be left alone with them again!

"We were really bored so uhm...." Christian explains and looks at Dani to help him.

"We kind of sort of maybe, well, built our own made fire!" Dani says quickly and nervously.

"You WHAT??!" I scream at them taking in my surroundings. Our backyard has barely any grass, our tree has been burnt down, one of our lounging pool chairs disappeared! Oh wait, never mind, it's there in the tree! Practically our whole backyard looks like a dump yard. I look at their "own made fire" and see it's just some tree logs with some grass and a blazing flame. How did they even get that flame?! Wait! Where's Lauren?!

"Where's Laur?" I ask calmly.

"Well, she uhm fell and she may have fallen into the fire....." Dani says with tears in her eyes.

"SHE WHAT? Where is she now, is she okay? Oh gosh what happened?!" I say freaking out.

They don't say anything just look over to their fire, I follow their gaze and see what looks somewhat like a body under a huge piece of what looks like a tree and some sort of other log. I gasp, that's Lauren?!

"How in the heck did that happen!" I ask, rushing over to Lauren's side and trying to stay calm.

"Well Lauren was bringing over a piece of tree for our fire and she slipped because of the water that we put on the grass and then she fell into the fire while the fire was on." Christian said.

I try to take Lauren's body out of the pit with Dani and Christian helping me. I turn her onto her side and see how many burns she has! She has tons, oh gosh my baby Laurie! What have you done sweetie?

"Okay Christian stay calm and run into the house and pass me the phone okay!" I shout to Christian and I see him running into the house.

"Dani, I'm going to need you to take all these trees out of the way okay, we need to get Lauren's body out of this!" I say calmly to my 8 year old sister. She looks so scared and I know she's freaking out right now. She takes the trees out the way and I get a full look at Lauren. Tears fill both our eyes as we see little Lauren barely hanging on, her body is burnt so badly that I can't make out where her detailed features are.

"Here you go! AHHHH!" Christian screams as he sees Lauren laying on the ground. You could see tears fill his sweet eyes while he just stares at Lauren.

I take the phone and I dial 911, after I tell them our location, I hear sirens in the distance. Come on babygirl, you have to live. You're okay, I tell Lauren in my head as if she could here what I'm thinking. I'm holding her badly burnt body in my arms as I kiss her forehead. I whisper things like "please be okay" in her ear. Lauren's a fighter, I know she'll wake up.

In the ambulance, I completely forgot about our mom and our other sisters. I sigh and ask the paramedic for her phone. She gives it to me then focus back on Lauren.
