Dani's POV:

She thinks I don't see it, but I do. I see the scars, I see her not eating and I see how broken she is inside. She tries to hide it well, but I can see right through her, that's how close we are, or were. She's blocked me out, forever it seems like and it hurts. It hurts to see your best friend, your Sugar broken all because off some stupid haters on the internet.

Flashback - 24/05/17

Lauren? Are you there? We have to go." I say as I wait outside her door.

I get no response so I open the door to find no sight of Lauren, a laptop on a bed with our recent video playing. The laptop was on the comment section. Being the curios person I am, I decided to look.

'Is it me or does Lauren suck more than usual?'

'Cimorelli would be better off without Lauren aka the ugly one. I hope they realise that.'

'That Lauren girl sucks.'

'Is the girl, Lauren supposed to sound like that or is she sick?'

'Lauren is untalented as heck wow'

What? People have been hating on my Sugar and I didn't even notice. These people are clearly idiots, they don't see how perfect Lauren is. Well, I do.

"Dani?" I hear Lauren call as she makes her way into her room. I jump up out of fright and turn around. Her face is pale and her eyes seem sad all of a sudden.

"Oh hey Laur. I came to find you to tell you we need to go." I tell her as I walk out the room, her following and grab my keys to the car. We're going to our sisters house for a meeting.

End of Flashback

It's going to end today, I'm going to talk to her about this, help her get out of it. Ever since that day, I knew what was said about her hurt her. She barely came out of her room after that.

"Hey Laur." I say as I walk into her room carefully.

"Oh, h-hey." She says somewhat nervously.

"Can we talk?" I ask her and see a slight nod from her.

I make my way over to her bed and sit down on it. She's covered under her blankets and duvet and looks at me anxiously.

"What's going on Laur?" I ask her while staring into her dull brown eyes. She avoids my eye contact and begins to focus her attention on the floor.

"I don't know what you're talking about Dan," She says, shrugging it off, still staring at the floor. We both know she's lying, her body language says it all. If there's one thing that I know about Lauren, is that she's a terrible liar.

"Yes you do Lauren." I tell her seriously and watch her body tense up while she sits up on her bed.

Lauren doesn't say anything but continues to stare at the floor. I can tell she doesn't want me to be here anymore and that she just wants to be alone but I'm not leaving that easily. It's been 6 months since the comment incident happened and she's barely come out of her room, she barely eats and she sleeps 24/7. She doesn't even try to come to Church anymore, whenever I ask her to go out with me she tells me to go away and she blocked me out completely.
