             "You don't take bad pictures" I said with a laugh looking at the pictures I had Grayson take of me.

"Thanks" he said with a small laugh grabbing his surfboard and one for me

The pictures were really good, so I decided to post one to Instagram.

"Ready?" Grayson asked with a smile handing me the surfboard

"I guess" I said taking a deep breath and setting my phone back into my purse.

I ran out into the water with the board in hand excited for my first ever surf lessons.

I look to my side to see Grayson jogging with his board too, already looking at me with a big smile plastered on his lips.

"Are you sure you've never surfed?!" Grayson asked as I put my shirt on over my bikini.

"I'm sure" I said with a smirk

"You're like... Really good" he said drying his hair

I smiled.

As I was putting on my flip flops I saw a group of girls come running towards Grayson and I.

"Oh my gosh!!!!" One girl squealed

"Can I get a picture with you?!" Another asked

"Is she your girlfriend?"
"Who is she?"
"I love you"
"Where's Ethan?"
"Why are you with her?"
"Gray!"
The questions and comments go on....

Oh gosh..

Soon Grayson was surrounded by a group of girls and I could tell he'd be busy for awhile, so I just walked off not wanting to cause a scene.

I figured if I said anything it would only make the situation more difficult for him.

I guess for a little while I forgot Grayson was so famous...

I actually thought of him as a normal teenage boy, but that's his life.

That's what he's used to.

I turned around for a brief moment to see him staring at me as I left.

I quickly turned back around and headed for my moms car.

I got too caught up in the moment.

I let myself forget that Grayson's life is the polar opposite of mine.

I let myself get distracted by his
kindness and charm just like I promised myself I wouldn't do.

I let myself compromise my standards completely just because I liked the idea of Grayson Dolan.
