Kat's POV:

I felt the full moon begin to rise in the sky as I sat back against the wall I was chained too. I didn't need to vamp out because I don't think I've unvamped since Tuesday night. This morning was more or less the same torture as Monday, with the exception that Ginny hit me with the weakest stupefy curse I think I've ever seen her cast. Carrow knew it too as he laughed at her but he didn't do anything else to her or me. Small mercy I suppose as I was being brought into the Great Hall after dinner was over for my punishment in front of the school.

I can only imagine how furious Minnie will be tonight, both at the Carrows for whatever they do to me and myself for not telling her sooner than today. It probably won't help my case that I had Tim tell her after his class with her, so I didn't even tell her directly. I don't think that she'll be very pleased with me for that. I heard footsteps coming down the hall and I held back a hiss as I looked up to see Alecto enter. She smirked before raising her wand, covering my head with a hood before dragging me by the chains around my wrists to the Great Hall. I made myself keep my steps as steady as I could as I was pulled through the hallways of the castle.

I heard the silence of the students, only interrupted by the sound of their hearts and their breaths. I felt my mouth water involuntarily at the sound of the blood rushing through their veins, and it's then that I realize just how badly I needed this night to hunt. I'm not sure who would be more furious at the fact that I'm in this position, Vik or George. I'm tempted to think it would be a tie, and I make a mental note to try and make sure they never find out about it. I feel the chains around my wrists tighten again as I'm pulled to my knees on the stone floor. I hear Severus explain why I'm being punished, before the hood is pulled away from my face.

The gasps of Minnie and Madame Pomfrey, who both have a clear view of me from where they are standing, make me think I must look worse than I currently feel. Especially since they've both seen me on death's doorstep before, and I mean that literally. I look up to see Alecto and Amycus smirking at me before raising their wands. I hear them both shout crucio and I hear my screams echo throughout the room. My vision grows hazy as does my hearing but the pain continues for what feels like an eternity.

Finally, the brunt of the pain lifts but the pain that continues to rush through my body feels as if I've been run over by the Hogwarts Express and then trampled by the threstrals a few hundred times. I force my eyes open and let a low hiss out towards the Carrows as they laugh before they shove a student towards me. I feel my vision return to normal as I stare and see that it's little Cassie Hensen. I look back up to offer a glare at the Carrows until I see the sleeve of her robe has been torn away and her arm has been cut.

I see tears falling from her gentle face as she stares at me with wide eyes. I start to pull at the chains binding me to the floor as my anger at the Carrows grows. The hiss turns into a snarl as the Carrows laugh and Cassie begins to cry harder. They push her closer to me before raising their wands again, and it's then that Alecto begins to talk again.

"Take a bite bloodsucker, you know you want to. Such a delicate little creature, and I know the blood will make the pain go away. We'll even make a deal with you. Take a bite and your punishment will be over. It's just a little half-blood that you needn't really care about." (Alecto)

"Refuse, and we'll see how long your resolve lasts." (Amycus)

"What's your answer?" (Alecto)

I hiss and pull at the chains again as Cassie trembles in front of me, afraid to move backwards towards the Carrows but also terrified of me. Her fear hits me full force as I fall back to my knees and look at her trembling form. I lean in closer to her as I start to whisper to her, ignoring the blood as best as I can,  hoping the Carrows can't hear exactly what I'm saying.

"Cassie....remember I'm not one of the bad guys even though I look it. I need you to run to Professor McGonagall as quickly as you can when I pull away from you. Can you do that for me? Please?" (K)

I see her look up at me with her hazel eyes full of tears before glancing at Minnie and giving me a very small nod. I nod back before I look back up at the Carrows and hiss, pulling on the chains as I pull away from Cassie. They look amused and surprised for a moment as Cassie runs towards Minnie before they begin to glare at me again. I let out a short laugh before hissing at them and giving them my answer to their deal.

"Go. To. Hell." (K)

"Very well then, honestly I was hoping you'd say something like that." (Alecto)

"Crucio!" (Both Carrows)

Ginny's POV:

I watched as she hissed at them before telling them her answer to their horrifying deal. I felt Neville tense beside me as they began to torture her again, her screams echoing along the Great Hall making a lot of us flinch away from the scene. I found myself glaring at them both as they kept up the torture, then found myself glaring at Snape as he watched the entire thing as if he was bored. Neville only grew more and more tense as the minutes wore by and before I knew what he was doing he was standing up from his seat and shouting at the top of his voice.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!" (Nev)

To everyone's surprise, both of the Carrows suddenly lower their wands from Kat, before turning towards Neville. I see them both exchange a glance with each other and then smirk at him before slowly walking towards him as he moves towards the front of the hall. I see the other teachers tense but everyone seems to know that they can't interfer if they don't wish more students to fall to harm.

"Ah Mr. Longbottom, yes no doubt you dislike the Cruciatus curse because of your....family's history with it eh? Perhaps you have a better punishment in mind for her?" (Amycus)

"She's had enough. Let her go." (Nev)

"It's our job to say when she's had enough. Now as a pureblood, we hate to spill a drop of your blood but I believe a night in the dugeon in chains and perhaps a little blood spilling should be enough punishment four your outburst." (Alecto)

"Quite right, but before the dungeon punishment, I made a promise to open old wounds but I never said physical ones." (Amycus)

I watched as Alecto bound Neville in chains before dragging him back towards Kat. Once they were in front of her Kat pulled against the chains and hissed but it was much weaker threat than her earlier hisses. I saw Alecto smirk before she took out a knife and cut Neville's hand and pulled it towards Kat. I saw her start whispering but none of us could hear what she was saying except Kat and Neville. I saw Kat hiss again when she finished before pulling away again, but this time Neville moved his hand close to her on purpose, nodding as he did.

I watched as Kat seemed to fight against it for a moment then watched as lunged for his hand. Her lips against the cut that if we didn't know better it would have looked as if she was kissing his hand, but she wasn't. She was drinking from the cut as the Carrows laughed and a few of the students let out panicked gasps. I watched as she drank for a few minutes before Snape stood up and pulled her away from him, tossing her onto the ground.
