Kat's POV:

The next day his words were still ringing in my ears. I don't like secrets between us love. Oh if he knew how many secrets I was keeping from him right now, he would not be at all pleased with me. There's the secrets about Severus, and Thorfinn, and what I'm going through at Hogwarts. So many secrets that are going to come to light one day, and I worry about that day.

A hurried knocking on the front door snapped me from my attention as Remus rushed through the door with a smile on his worn face. I took a deep breath, relieved when I smelled his bitter chocolate smell before rushing to hug my friend.

"I didn't expect to see you here Katherine but I'm glad I did. Tonks just had the baby." (Remus)

"What?!? Boy or girl?" (K)

"Boy! We've named him after Dora's father, Ted Remus Lupin but we've been calling him Teddy. Dora can't wait for his godmother to meet him." (Remus)

"I can't either Remus, congratulations my friend." (K)

"Who does he look like then? You or Tonks?" (G)

"I think he looks like Dora but she thinks he looks like me. His hair what little of it there is was black, but after I stopped back by a few minutes ago it was already ginger." (Remus)

"Congrats Romulus, you'll make an excellent father!" (F)

The smile on my face continued to grow as George summoned a bottle of elvish wine as Remus hugged Ginny and Mrs. Weasley before a small toast was raised to his new son. Remus looked younger than I'd ever seen him, and I can only imagine how pleased Tonks is right now.

"Well I'm off to tell Kingsley and Fletcher tonight and will hopefully make it to Lee and then Bill and Fleur the news tomorrow. I'll send them your best regards. Godmother Katherine better come and see Teddy before she goes off to Hogwarts though, we insist." (Remus)

"I'll drop by tomorrow before I return, I swear it." (K)

He beamed at all of us one more before rushing out the door, but his cheerful news left a lingering effect on the family as we sat around the kitchen smiling and laughing for what seemed like ages. It wasn't until later in the afternoon, as the sun was beginning to disappear behind the trees, that my smile started to fade as I heard footsteps rushing towards the house. I knew it was a vampire, but I wasn't sure yet if it was friend or foe. I stood with wand raised toward the door as the figure burst through, but felt myself breathing a sigh of relief when I saw it was Aleric.

"You must all hide. NOW! I will explain once we are hidden. Do you have somewhere to go? They are coming." (Al)

Everyone seemed frozen by a moment, not needing to ask who was coming because that much was evident. Death Eaters were coming and they were not just coming for information as they were last time. Mrs. Weasley was the first to stand and started to tell the others to quickly pack a small sack and be back down in the kitchen in three minutes. Ginny and I were the quickest thanks to already being packed for Hogwarts, simply summoning our trunks from the rooms. I rushed upstairs and packed George's in under a minute as he helped Fred. I heard Aleric helping Mr. and Mrs. Weasley.

We all rushed back down in to the kitchen to see Mrs. Weasley standing by the fireplace. She ushered us each into the flames before shouting out the name of a house I had heard mentioned before but had never visited. It was with a different kind of dread that I realized we were going to Great Aunt Muriel's house. Aleric, George, and I stood in the fireplace together after Ginny, Fred, and Charlie had disappeared. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley leaving only after they had gotten the others to safety.
