Love for Eternity (Seth's Imprint)

Chapter 43

Seth's POV:

I felt her wrap her arms around my neck again as she kissed me, and I couldn't help but wrap my arms around her chest as well. She straddled my lap as we kissed in the snow outside her house and I felt her hands wander across my bare chest and I coudn't be happier that I'm shirtless. She pulls away after a moment, both of us out of air before leaning in closer to my neck and taking a deep breath before sighing.

"Ruby, if you're thirsty you don't even have to ask." (S)

"I'm not thirsty my love, I've just missed being this close to you and your scent. You have no idea, and I can only hope that the others never tell you." (D)

"Tell me what?" (S)

She doesn't answer my question rather she starts to kiss up my neck and back to my lips as a moan escapes my lips. I hear the back porch door slam before we both freeze and look up to see Emmett smirking at us and Rose standing there with a slight smile on her face before smirking as well.

"Dixie, we're leaving for the night since it seems like you'll have company. See you both at our house tomorrow for breakfast, don't forget we're going shopping. Goodnight." (R)

I saw Ruby blush some before they both speed off the porch, but I didn't question it. I stood up with Ruby's legs still wrapped around my waist as I carried her inside and upstairs to her bedroom. My lips only moving from hers when we needed air. I laid her down on the bed before she pulled me down next to her, and straddling me again.

"Say you'll forgive me for leaving you? I didn't know I was your imprint, I thought.......I loved you too much to think of you with someone else." (D)

"My precious little Ruby, I forgive you." (S)

I felt her hands trace their way down my chest before I gently stopped her and switched positions so I was straddling her on her bed. I leaned down and kissed her harder than before, smiling as she responded and soon I felt her biting my lip as if asking for permission. Permission I quickly gave. I hear her moans as I move to her neck her hands finding their way back up to my neck and into my hair. I slowly pull away from her and look into her beautiful silver blue eyes before I smile.

"Ruby I don't want to go further than you want. So if you want to stop you need to tell me now, because I want you so badly right now." (S)

"Please.....don't stop Seth. I want you too." (D)

"My precious little Ruby, you have no idea how much I wanted you the first time we kissed. And now we have all of eternity to make up for the lost time. I love you Ms. James." (S)

"I love you Mr. Clearwater." (D)

Narrator's POV:

The night was spent exploring every inch of one another's body, making up for the time lost in the months that Dixie had been gone. They fell asleep in each other's embrace just as the sun was beginning to rise, still sheilded by rain clouds. Needless to say, they didn't make it to the Cullen's house for breakfast, nor did Dixie make it on the shopping trip with hew new sisters. For as soon as they both woke up they picked up on where they had left off during the night.

Both of them knew that they would have all the time in the world to be with each other, all of eternity even, but they couldn't get enough of each other for the first few days. It wasn't until a week had gone by that they finally drug themselves out of her house and to the Cullen's. As soon as they entered Emmett began with the jokes about their time together, all while Dixie could only lean into Seth's arms.

Edward, after a few minutes with them had to excuse himself from the room, causing Dixie and Seth to blush a bit before apologizing as he sped from the room. Both knowing that their thoughts about the other had to have made him a bit uncomfortable. They hadn't stayed long before they excused themselves from the Cullen's house and went back to Dixie's house. A few weeks went by in such a way, Seth having given up his job at the local high school due to 'medical reasons' courtesy of Carlisle. It wasn't until three months went by that Seth had decided to make her officially hers in every sense of the word.

A romantic dinner under the stars in the meadow, followed by a walk by the river brought to life Seth's nerves at what he was about to do. This time he wasted no time in getting straight to the point, kneeling in front of and taking her hands in his. He saw her eyes widen in surprise before a smile stretched across her lips as one did his as well.

"Dixie Ruby James Cullen, I've loved you from the moment I met your eyes. Would you do me the honor of becoming my wife for the rest of our existence?" (S)

"I wouldn't have it any other way Seth, now kiss me." (D)

And so the two kissed under the light of the moon and the stars, not even noticing as their families and pack members sprang from behind trees to start a party of celebration for the two. Not noticing anything other  than the other one's lips and arms. They had found love for eternity and they would never let it go now.


What you are to me has no understanding, unless you can understand what forever and eternity really mean. For I will spend an eternity loving you, caring for you, respecting you, showing you every day that that I hold you as high as the stars in the sky above us. I will love you for eternity.
