Chapter 20: No Mercy

A/N: JUST TO CLEAR THINGS UP! The van ride after the meet and greet was not the ride to the Hospital! It was just going back to the theater where the guys will perform at. Remember, Lani didn't want to tell the guys about her stomach ache so she tried to play it off as a head ache in the van ride. That's why Luke offered his lap to let her head rest on~

"Lani..."

I slowly opened my eyes because of the person talking.

"Hey, wake up!"

Everything is still hazy cause my eyes are still opening. It's so bright in here. What the heck? Where am I?

"Yo Lani!!"

I opened my eyes even more, and the first thing I see is Luke smiling, "Malulani, wake up!"

My vision became clearer but my head is still throbbing. I looked around, and I was at a freaking hospital. I'm laying down right now, and the guys are surrounding me, staring at me.

"Geeze," I sighed, "Take a picture, it would last longer."

They all started laughing, backing away from me, and I stood up, "You guys were staring me down!"

"We were worried!" Michael exclaimed, "I mean, one moment you were walking back to the dressing room then the next moment you were falling, and started crouching down."

"Yeah, Luke just stopped walking out of nowhere and dashed towards you." Calum explained, as he took a glance at Luke, "It scared all of us, honestly. Ben went up to you, and you were just holding on to your stomach, throwing up, and coughing like crazy."

"What?" I sighed, and Ashton raised his eyebrows at me, "Do you remember anything?"

I shook my head, "Not really. All I remembered is the stomach pain I was feeling before you guys walked on stage."

"Seriously? Man," he chuckled, "The show had to be delayed fora a while because of what happened."

"What?! Wait," I put my hands up, "Hold on, hold on. Tell me everything from the beginning."

"Well..." Luke sat down on the bed next to me, "It started out as.."

FLASHBACK: Luke's POV

As we were coming out of the van, I was helping Lani because she says she has a bad headache so I let her hold on to my arm as we were walking.

"Think you can take pictures tonight?" Calum asked as we were walking back to the theater, and she nodded, "Yeah, I'll be fine." Then she held her stomach again, groaning, "God."

"Is something wrong with your stomach?" I asked her, and Calum joked, "LUKE! We told you to kiss and make up, not kiss and get knocked up!"

"Did Lukey here get too excited?" Ashton came in and put his around my shoulder, "Guys, it's been only two days of you two being awkward with each other."

Lani was bursting out of laughter, "Guys! Stop, this is too much."

While I just rolled my eyes, "You guys are ridiculous."

Then Michael came up to us and said, "I swear, I hate to say this, mate, but I prefer you two all lovey dovey than being all quiet and weird."

"Oh really?" I looked at him, "That's rare coming out of you."

"I know, I know." He groaned, "Enjoy it while you can."

We all started laughing and as were heading to the door, Lani crotched down, holding your stomach, "AH."
