'What are you smiling for?' Sirius asked curiously, 'My mom' Selena replied 'Sirius, you can't just ask someone what was in their personal letters' Remus scolded him and Selena shook her head 'It's no big deal, just my family being, well, their usual selves'.

The rest of the day the boys wouldn't let Selena out of their sight, it was even worse than before. Selena even lied that she had to go to the bathroom to get some are from her newfound bodyguards, Selena was pretty sure that her brother and father would love them if they saw this, but she herself didn't like them that much at this moment.

'Selena, is there a reason your puppies are guarding the door?' Lily asked when she and Marlene walked into the bathroom, 'had an encounter with Malfoy earlier today. Sev was there to save me though, but ever since they decided to guard me' she explained, 'And that is why you are looking out of the window? Checking if you can escape?' Marlene asked jokingly and Selena nodded her head 'It is only the first floor, not that big of a jump' Selena said with a mischievous smile. 'I'd do it' Marlene provoked her and Lily shook her head 'I'll tell them it's empty in here' Lily smiled and with that Selena took the jump.

At these moments Selena wishes she was a feline instead of a canine, the tug and roll wasn't always that pleasant but she managed as usual 'Escaping from predators?' she hears professor McGonagall ask behind her 'protectors' Selena answered and McGonagall let out a sigh 'Care to join me for a walk miss Ochoa?' she asked the young girl, Selena nodded her head and followed the professor.

'I have to ask miss Ochoa, can I see your transformation? Your situation is rather unusual and left me curious' the professor asked and Selena changed into her wolf form 'you are a rather small wolf' the woman stated looking at the small wolf in front of her. 'I'm also a rather small girl' she smiled transforming back into human form and the professor let out a hearty laugh 'You make it up with personality, I have never witnessed a person standing up to Potter and Black, the way that you do and those boys seem rather fond of you all four of them' she smiled 'Professor, you do realise that they are the ones I escaped from by leaping down a first story window right?' Selena asked.

'Yes I heard the story about what happened from one of the paintings and I've also noticed mister Lupins behaviour around you' she smiled comforting, 'It is flattering and very nice, but they were guarding the bathroom door for crying out loud' Selena said and McGonagall chuckled.

'Thank you for the talk professor' Selena said when they walked back into the castle, 'Anytime miss Ochoa' McGonagall smiled as she walked away.

On her way back to the common room Selena was greeted by 3 angry looking boys and a scared looking Peter, 'You jumped out of a window while on the first floor?' James scolded her, Selena looked around for help Sirius was trying to look angry but started to look rather impressed, Remus on the other hand looked furious.

'I would have jumped out of a window from the second floor, I am not a little girl you know. It is nice of you guys to stand up for me, but I am capable of protecting myself' she said irritated looking up to the boys, 'You are a little girl and we saw that you can't protect yourself' Sirius said looking down on the short girl and this was the point where the boys met Selena's Spanish temper 'Call me a little girl one more time and you will find out how capable I am of protecting myself' she growled.
