The sun shines upon the face, of the first man,
The noble waves wash the noble feet,
When tractable were men, world complete,
Manu was to do, what only Manu can,
When God made man and man made god meet

To the morning sun, lips murmur prayers deep,
Manu is met by more than water,
Laws were ripped off the cosmic daughter,
From inside waves- a little fish did peep,
Escaping from- not towards slaughter

The sun shines upon the face, of the first man,
The noble waves wash the noble feet,
When tractable were men, world complete,
Manu was to do, what only Manu can,
When God made man and man made god meet

The little fish yelled- 'O Manu, save me please-
And cup me in your hands which carves time,
For laws of ocean are at its prime,
The large devours the small, and you hold the keys
To the barred alterations of lawful crime'

And Manu did think twice, as a man must do,
Fish begged and Manu made beggar's hands,
Eons long laws were broken, and sands
Of time carried, by winds, by rebelling loo,
Nature listened to a man's commands

The sun shined upon Manu, as the sun should,
The noble waves wash ignoble feet,
Tractable became world, men complete,
And Manu just did what only Manu could,
When God made man and man made god meet
