A little love story between Lucario and Braixen

It is time for Prom! Pt 1

Asriel checked his reflection one last time, making sure he was ready for the biggest day of his high school life. "Relax dear; you look great!" Lisa told him as she fixed his tie. "I just want to look great for her mom" Asriel replied nervously. "Don't worry dear; you do! Now, don't forget your mask" Lisa told him as he moved to the door. Nodding, Asriel removed it from the hook, a simple white mask with black dots all around the eyes and edge.

"Have fun Asriel; show her what you have learned," Tommie told him, smiling at her grandson with a hug. "Yes grandma; I will!" Asriel told her with a hug. "Then go have a good time" she replied as they parted. "Also, your father sent a surprise for you when I told him about you going to prom," Lisa said with a wide smile, causing Asriel to look at her curiously. 'I wonder what he sent me?' Asriel thought as he walked out of the house, the answer hitting him as he saw the street.

A solid white limo was waiting outside for him, the driver beside the passenger door. "You must be Asriel, Astral's son," the driver said as Asriel walked up to the sawk. "Yes I am; who are you?" Asriel asked him. "I am Sues; your father sent me to drive you and your lady to the dance," Zues told him in turn. Nodding to him, Asriel asked him to drive up to the next house. "Sure thing" Zues said, getting into the limo while Asriel went to Brittney's house, walking up the wooden stairs before knocking.

The door soon opened up, revealing Sarah who looked like she was dressed in a girls-night-out- dress, smiling when she saw Asriel. "She will be down shortly Asriel; she is getting ready" Sarah told him as she moved to let him in. "Thank you, ma'am," Asriel said as he passed her. As soon as he looked up to the stairs to the second floor, his breath caught in his throat at the beauty he saw.

-right before, Brittney-

I put on my gloves as I looked at my reflection critically. 'Did I go a little over board?' Brittney thought as she looked down at her poofy dress, the pure white material dotted with curves of sapphire blue cloth, her sleeves down to her elbow while he gloves came up to the crook of her arm. Correcting a slight crookedness to her silver necklace, she heard a knock come from the front door. 'I wonder if that is Asriel?' Brittney thought to herself as she left her room, pulling in the 'poof' of her dress as she walked down to the edge of the stairs, her eyes locking on what had to be the most attractive guy she had ever seen.

'Is that Brittney?!'

'Is that Asriel?!'

-Asriel-

Asriel could only not make himself stop breathing by watching the queen of heaven descend the stairs, her beautiful white dress making her look like she was floating. "B-Brittney?" Asriel asked, making sure that his mind was not playing tricks on him. "It is you" Brittney replied, looking at him with wide eyes, a small smile on her face. "You look... beautiful" Asriel complimented, smiling as she did a small twirl. "Thank you; you look handsome" Brittney replied with a small blush. Asriel and Brittney were both lost in the moment till Sarah returned them to earth. "Hello! Prom is not going to stop for you two!" Sarah said in a playful annoyed tone, smiling at the two love 'mon as they seemed to come back to themselves. "Yes! Let's go!" Asriel said, blushing deeply as he let Brittney out of the house first, the braixen gasping when she saw the limo.

"A little gift from my dad for us" Asriel explained with a smile. Returning the smile, Brittney let Asriel lead her to the limo before he opened the door for her. "After you" Asriel said with a smile. After she got in, Asriel followed, closing the door behind him as he sat down on the leather seats. "Okay, how did you know that Cherry Coca-cola is my favorite?" Brittney asked him, pointing to a cooler of the canned beverage. "I didn't; it's my favorite as well" Asriel replied honestly, a look of surprise crossing Brittney's face before he sat up and gave her a can, opening it for her. "Thank you; it's not every day I meet another Pokemon that likes this soda like me" Brittney said as Asriel opened his own soda, the limo starting up and moving forward.

"Your dress really suits you; bright and stands out like a star" Asriel complimented, causing Brittney to smile as she blushed in response, taking a sip from her soda. "T-thank you" Brittney replied, locking eyes with Asriel for a split second before looking away. "You know, I have been meaning to ask you... are-" Brittney said as she sat up, setting her drink down at the right moment. As soon as her paw left the drink, a bump in the road caused her to lose her balance and to fall into Asriel's arms, who reached out instinctively to catch her, his drink set aside as well.

Smiling down at the braixen, Asriel finished her question. "If you want to be, then yes" Asriel answered, helping her to her seat. With a wide smile, Brittney did something that surprised Asriel; she leaned over and kissed him. On the lips.

The world seemed to have stopped as Asriel tasted her, the cosmos ceasing to exist as he returned the gentle pressure. 'OHMYARCEUS!!' was all Asriel could think at first as Brittney slowly deepened the kiss, the seat somehow falling back to where it was flat, Brittney on top of him as the lip-locked. 'She is so... sweet' Asriel thought as he also deepened the kiss, the heat of her body feeling almost like a sun against him... not that Asriel was complaining. When Brittney broke the contact, she seemed to realize what she did because she got off him quickly, blushing so deep her yellow fur turned red. "Asriel, I am so sorry!" Brittney said, apologizing to him as Asriel and his seat got up, the lucario smiling wide. "There is nothing to apologize for Brittney; I liked that" Asriel told her with a smile, scooting closer to her. Brittney could only blush and look away from him, clearly at war with herself.

Smiling lightly, Asriel gently turned her to him, looking into her eyes with all the love he felt for her. "I love you Brittney " Asriel stated, putting his heart into that simple phrase. "I love you too" Brittney replied, smiling up at Asriel as she hugged him. Returning the quick embrace, Asriel parted with a sneak peck to the cheek, causing Brittney to smile wider.

"We are almost at the dance" Zeus announced, cutting the couples moment short. Both Pokemon started to make sure their clothes were presentable, both of them beaming at their newfound relationship.
