Asriel walked to the nurses office , a pass in his paw. Right when he turned around the corner, he saw Brittney waiting outside, Lerisa and Zoey beside her, looking worried. “You here to see Josh too?” Lerisa asked. “Yeah. He looked horriable after… whatever he did to Nightmare,” Asriel replied. “Speaking of which, Nightmare had left shortly before you arrived,” Flae said, stepping out of the nurses office at that moment, telling Zoey she could go in. “How did he look?” Asriel asked, concerned. “He…. Wasn’t my Nightmare,” Flae shuddered, looking freaked out. “What do you mean?” Asriel asked, confused to what she meant. “He was… different. His eyes were scarlet and the way he looked at me…” Flae shuddered again, tears in her eyes.

Brittney came forward and began to comfort Flae, whispering gentle words as Asriel took a seat with Lerisa. ‘This stinks,’ Lerisa said in Asriel’s mind as the principle passed them. ‘I agree. But at least we have all of our forces together,’ Asriel said, getting a slight nod from his brother. ‘We will have to start training them soon; right after our meeting to inform them with everything that has happened thus far,’ Lerisa said, Asriel nodding in response.

Soon it was Lerisa's turn. “Hey chief,” Zoey said as she sat down next to Asriel, her voice sounding aware, but her eyes were distant, as if she were deep in thought. “Hey Zoey. How goes the studying?” Asriel asked as he leaned against the wall. “Good. Really good. I am learning transmutation spells now, but I am stuck on transforming rocks into diamonds,” Zoey replied, explaining that doing that was basic.

“Have you learned anything about separating Nightmare and Umuka from each other?” Asriel asked. Zoey only looked at Asriel sadly, shaking her head. “It can’t be done without killing Nightmare, which even then it would be pointless. Nightmare was forced to make that part of himself to survive what he went through,” Zoey replied.

Before Asriel could ask what happened, Lerisa walked out with another student, telling Asriel and Brittney they could both go in. “Josh is… fragile right now,” Lerisa told his brother, giving a slight nod to the rest before he left for his class.

When Asriel ans Brittney walked in the clinic, the nurse directed them to bed three. “He sure is popular,” the Audino chuckled lightly. Pulling the curtain aside, Asriel saw the most tormented look in Joshes eyes when the Quiliva looked at him. “Whats wrong Josh?” Brittney asked as she and Asriel took a seat by his bed. Josh shook his head, saying he was fine. “Its Nightmare,” Josh replied, his voice weak. “What do you mean?” Asriel asked as Brittney went to fetch him a glass of water.

Josh only spoke when he drank some water, looking refreshed. “Nightmare is a Super Soilder,” Josh began, silencing Asriel with a raised paw. “He was made into one through the ‘training' that made him go through. They messed with his head to much as they all but beat him to the ground. They… manipulated his brain activity to where it responds to anything that triggers pain. His whole life has been one great battle,” Josh trailed off, shaking his head again. “He was forced to make his other side when the pain and stress on his brain and body became too great. When he switches over to Umuka, he only does it when he feels pain, like a self-defense mechanisim,” Josh finished.

Asriel was shocked from all the information Josh had just given them, sharing a look with Brittney. “And how do you know all this?” Asriel asked. “It’s one of my powers. If I touch a Pokemon, I see there entire lives and get a understanding of him or her. Usually though, I am still left standing; I don’t know why it took so much energy,” Josh said, sounding confused.

Before Asriel could say more, the bell rang, telling them it was time for there next class. “Get well soon, okay? We will need you for the fight,” Asriel told Josh, who nodded in response.

Little did they know, someone was listening in, a crooked smile on its face. "Super Soilder eh?" It chuckled before vanishing from sight, leaving behind the smell of burned fur behind it.
