A little love story between Lucario and Braixen

Talent Show Pt.2

Asriel and Brittney took a seat at the back of the audience as the Principal announced the next performer. "Please welcome Justin and the Shadow Warriors!" he called, the audience letting out a polite wave of clapping. Hearing the name of the Luxray, Asriel growled when the curtains parted, stopping, however, when both his and Brittneys Marks flared up, almost lighting up from under their shirts. Quickly covering them with worried looks, they turned back to the audience; Asriel was left shocked when he saw two new Pokemon up on the stage. On drums was an oddly colored Umbreon, its rings being pink and blue (died or other wise it was hard for Asriel to tell) and an Espeon, her eyes seeming to glow. 'Her eyes are glowing!' Asriel thought, a chilled feeling entering his heart when he realized why.

"Hello, one and all! I am so glad you managed to make out here tonight!" Justin said in such a fake friendly voice that it made Asriel want to growl again. "Yeah; I hope ya'll are ready to face the music!" Shadow called as he Shredded flawlessly, getting several cheers from the audience. Looking closer at the Pokemon, Asriel was stunned to see that each Pokemon had their Marks showing; the Umbreon's mark, which was on his bare chest, was what looked like a rugged cape blowing in the breeze while the Espeons were around the gym on her head, both a deep sapphire color.

Taking a look at the Espeon, Asriel saw that her eyes seemed to be glowing as she prepared her bass guitar. 'Her eyes are glowing!' Asriel thought, a cold feeling settling in his heart when he realized why. "Yes, as I am sure you all have noticed, we have tattoos on us; we each have designed them ourselves. If you want to sign up for the band, and if we pick you, then we will get you such a tattoo," Justin said into the microphone, looking directly at Asriel with a look of contempt that it made Asriel's blood freeze. "He is using this event to advertise for the Shadow Warriors," Brittney said, realizing what was going on. "Yeah," Asriel responded, glaring at the Luxray as he took his spot behind the microphone. 'So he must be the leader,' Asriel thought to himself as Shadow started to play, doing so for several seconds before Justin began to sing.

I'm tearing away

Pieces are falling I can't seem to make them stay

 Asriel just slumped back, glaring at the Luxray with anger. As much as he hated to admit it, Justin was a good singer.

Hope there's a reason

For questions unanswered, I just don't see everything

'Wow; can this song be any more self-absorbed? It fits, with him being the leader of the Shadow Warriors after all' Asriel thought.

The band was applauded greatly, a few even letting out shouts for an encore. "Sorry, but that is all we can perform for round one; vote for us if you want us to stay in round two!" Justin called into the microphone before walking off stage; Asriel glimpsed the Espeon talking with the Luxray, if only for a second.

I know that this is a short chapter, but hey; there is nothing really happening in this part. Yep; Justin is competing in this competition, along with three other Shadow Warriors! Shout out to foxlordd for making the unique Umbreon! Thanks bro! As for the Espeon, she will be really introduced, like the Umbreon, in later chapters.
