Because you can and he fakes like he hates it

Crutchie's really sweet which is why he uses these names instead of anything else.

As previously stated, Crutchie's a sweet, innocent guy with a lot of personality, hence the nickname.

Because he's always smoking a cigar and it irks you to no end.
