Erza turned to me. "So, listen. Gajeel is out on a mission with Levy, but Juvia should be back soon. She told me you guys were all friends." Levy. The reason Gajeel never returned to Phantom Lord. Levy kept my friend away from me. Wait. Gray. Suddenly, I remembered where I'd heard his name. I turned to Gray without responding to Erza.

"You," I said, pointing an accusatory finger at him. He looked startled.

"Me?" You nodded, stepping closer to him.

"You're Gray Fullbuster." He cocked his head to the side, backing up as you stepped forward.

"Yeah... And?"

"You took my best friend away from me. You're the reason we fought, the reason she left Phantom Lord. It's your fault." Gray's eyes widened.

"My fault? No. It's not my fault she fell in love with me. I don't even have feelings for her. She chose to leave, so it was probably something in your guild that made her want to leave. I don't like her the way she likes me. I never will. She's a comrade. That's it." I felt that cold fury from five years ago rise up in me, only this time, instead of pushing it down, I let it out. I focused my eyes on Gray.

"HAILSTORM!!!!" I yelled, thrusting my arm out towards him before he had time to put up a shield. The ice flew directly at his face.

"NO!!!" I heard a voice call out as a wall of water rose up in front of Gray. The hail hit the water and melted before the water retreated to the door. We all turned to see what the source of the water was. A blue-haired girl was standing in the door. A familiar blue-haired girl. Her cold blue eyes were on me. "Y/N. I may have invited you to join Fairy Tail. We may have been best friends. We may be allies now. But if you ever try to hurt my darling Gray, I will do whatever it takes to stop you. Even if I have to kill you." I sighed.

"Nice to see you again too, Juvia."
