At first, Rosie thought about whether or not she should tell them.. She knew that Maxon had powers. That kind of gave her the confidence to answer her question.
"I have the ability to slow down time, but that's not my only power." She told Skylar.
It seemed she had now finally got the courage to glare at Jack. Of course he didn't like that. Maxon and Bella held him back from going at her.
"Bella, can you take Rosie somewhere else?" Skylar asked as she walked over to Maxon and Jack. She could see Jack was still angry.
"Jack! Get a hold of yourself!" She told him.
Maxon pulled Skylar to the side. "What did she say?" He asked her in an almost demanding way.
"Not going to tell you since you are demanding me around." She went to walk way but Maxon grabbed her arm.
Jack got up and pulled his arm off of her. "Don't touch her." He said harshly.
"Jack, I'm fine!" Skylar sat him down. She glared at Maxon.
"I'm going to get food." Maxon told them as he walked away.
Once Jack finally calmed down, Skylar went to talk to Bella and Rosie.
"Sorry, that took a little longer than expected."
"Its fine. She needed to get away from him anyway." Bella said.
"So Rosie, I have been thinking, would you like to join our group?" Skylar asked as she stretched out her hand for Rosie to take.
"Sure!" She smiled and shook Skylar's hand.
Bella knew Jack wouldn't like it, but Rosie could really help them. Bella walked back to camp to see Maxon cooking food for everyone.
She told the boys that Rosie was joining the group. Maxon seemed fine with it, but Jack was not happy at all.
"We could use a new member." Maxon said to him.
