All Alone

Chapter 18

       "Hey, Jack is it?" Rosie smiled.

       "Want me to wipe that smile off your face?" He glared at her.

       "You need to calm down. I just want to talk!" She yelled at him.

        That really set him off. Rosie could see the anger in his eyes. He stood up and walked towards her. He reached his hand out and grabbed her arm. He squeezed it so hard that he almost broke it. (Jack was freakishly strong) He then lets go. 

       "Let that be a warning." He said harshly. He still didn't trust her. He thought she was bad news. He turns around to leave until he hears her speak.

       "Jack?" She asked.

        He turned around to face her. This time, she uses her powers to slow down the time. She didn't want him dodging what she was about to do. She slapped him, hard. She then ran into the woods and set time back to normal.

        Bella, Maxon, and Skylar all had to hold him back to keep him from going after her. Bella went to go look for Rosie while Skylar and Maxon continued to hold him. Skylar tried to calm him down.

       When the girls got back, they had something to tell the others...

     "Guys...." Rosie said out of breath from running.

     "Whats wrong?" Maxon walked over.

      Skylar rushes to Bella's side as she falls.There was an arrow in her back.

      Seeing Bella wounded, Jack quickly grabbed his arrows and ran into the woods.

     "Jack no!" Skylar yelled, but he was out of sight.

       Bella passed out and Skylar carefully pulls the arrow out and heals her. Maxon made a little bed for her. He lays her down.

     "Rosie, you stay here with Bella while I look for Jack." Skylar told her quickly.

      Maxon grabs her arm. "If you go, I go." He told her in his harsh tone.

    "No! I need you here to protect them in case anything happens!" She yelled and ran off into the woods after Jack.

      After a while of running she found him. He was out cold. "He must have been knocked out..." She said to herself as she healed him.

    "Jack, you got to help me and get your self up." She whispers as she wraps his arm around her.

     By the time they got back to camp, everyone but Maxon was sleeping.

   "Maxon! Help me get Jack to bed!" Skylar demanded. 

     He didn't argue and did as she said. Neither one of them knew what happened to their friends, but whatever it was, wasn't good.
