When I was finally home I searched for my Mom. I know we had a terrible fight, but I know she needs me. The love of her life just died. I found her in her room crying. I went on her bed and held her. It took awhile but she finally stopped. Afterwards I just lied her down and covered her up. She needed rest. And a lot of it in her state.
Honestly I don't even know why I came back to the castle. But now that my father is dead I'm gonna have a ceremony for the crown and I'm gonna have to start having marriage meetings. Even if I'm in love with Gray.
How do I describe this feeling. After just crying and feeling weird. I don't think I feel anything. And that's the worst thing ever. How does someone forget how to feel? Does it just stop your emotions or what? Because I wanna scream. I wanna cry. I want to get my frustrations out. But I feel nothing. Nothing at all. It's just an empty void.
Three Days Later
I never left my bedroom. Not even to eat. I haven't even picked up my sword. I think it's because of the ceremony that always happens about three days after a kings death. I'm gonna be crowned queen in an hour. At least that's what my Mother told me.
"Lucy what do you think you're doing!" Mira I assumed yelled.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Your ceremony is soon you need to get ready!" Mira yelled.
"But I don't want to!" I whined.
But I knew eventually I would. So mind as well get over it right? So I got off the bed and I went into my closet and found an outfit. It was white with red roses on it. I grabbed the back tier and I asked Mira to tie my back for me and she did. Now I'm on my way to the central hall of the castle to be crowned queen. But queen was never my identity.
