Chapter 20

Sam's POV:

Then it happened. Our lips crashed together. It felt so good to have her kiss me, I missed her so much. It felt so good to have her wrapped in my arms again. The kiss deepened and went on for a few more seconds. We both pulled away, breathing hard and smiling.

I stood up with her standing up in front of me. "Let's go walk on the beach, babe" I said and we went on our way.

We got there and were walking, I took her to the spot where we had our first date. This is the perfect time to get out what I have to say . Here we go. I stop and get on one knee.

"Spencer, I love you. I'll love you until the day I die. I know we're young but"

I got down on one knee, and pulled out a ring. "This is a promise ring, I promise you that in a few years I will get you a real ring and marry you. I promise that I will always love you Spence"

She started crying, and pulled me into a big hug. "Sam, I love you so much. I'll never hurt you again, I promise that you'll always be my true love."

A tear slid down my cheek, tears of joy of course. I'm so glad she loves me the way I love her. We fell in love so fast and I don't regret it one bit.

Spencer's POV:

I can't believe my eyes. Sam got me a promise ring. I was so happy, I knew Sam was the one for me.

I never saw this coming but I couldn't be more excited. Sam was mine, forever. After everything between us, we just can't be without each other .

Sam is my happiness.

I don't think he realizes how much I really did miss him.

It got really late and we definitely weren't going back to the party so he walked me home.

We got to my doorstep and I have him a kiss on the cheek. "Forever alright?" He said his cheeks flushed with pink.

"Forever" I replied with a big smile.

He gave me one last hug and left, I ran up to my room and fell onto my bed. This is amazing. Me and Sam, Sam and I, we are together. Finally.

I was texting Zoe when I got a twitter notification. " @sampottorff: tonight was the night w/ Spence" and there was a picture of the ring on my hand . Of course there were some hate comments but nothing could ruin this night. Besides, there were more positive comment anyways which made me smile.

Sam's POV:

I got to my house after walking Spencer home. I'm so glad she accepted my promise ring. I really do promise my love to her forever. I've known she was the one ever since I saw her in the kitchen. We may be young, but we both know what we want. And that's each other.

I saw she replied to my tweet and checked my twitter, " @spencergray14: I couldn't be happier" .

I slight smile crept across my face. I love Spencer, more than I love anyone. I won't let anybody hurt her.
