Chapter 14

__ Sora's POV __

"LET ME GO YOU LUNATIC!" I yell as we dash through the woods, barely missing many branches that threaten to slap me in the face. I hear a loud growl resound from behind us and decide to see whom it's coming from. Luke. Why must I be cursed with my amazing looks? Oh, and two mates.

"You're mine and will not reject me!" Kyou growls as we take a sharp turn around a huge tree. I take a deep breath and scream as loud as I could.

"Arg!" Kyou groans as he collapses. I hear whimpering from whined me. I used their sensitive hearing against them. Muahhahaahhahah. I step away from Kyou as he clutches his ears.

"That, is why you don't mess with me," I state as I start walking away from him. Luke gets up and heads towards me.

"Sora, did the leech hurt you?" he asks, glaring at Kyou as he gets up.

"Nope, and I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself," I huff as Luke pushes me behind him. The nerve!

"Stay away from my mate," Luke growls in a possessive tone.

"Your mate? She's MY mate!" Kyou hisses back. I jump out in between the quarreling guys and strike the crane pose from Karate Kid.

"I AM NOT A POSSESSION AND I AM NOT ANY OF YOUR MATES!" I boom, making the two stumble back in shock. I turn around and balance on both feet. I take menacing steps to Kyou. I enter his personal bubble and start poking his chest.

"Because *poke* You *poke* Rejected *poke* Me *poke*," I huff, then turn to Luke whom has a victorious smirk on his face. I march up to him and start poking him too.

"And *poke* You *poke* Are *poke* Possessive *poke*," I finish. I walk around the two shell shocked idiots and start heading back to the palace. 

___ Jordan's POV ___

"Sora!" I smile as she walks through the front door. She glares and me and I chuckle nervously. She glares at Jenna and then heads to the couch. Uh oh, she's furious.

"Sora, Sora, Sora, Sora," I chant as I poke her cheek with every word.

"Sora, Sora, Sora, Sora," Jenna joins, poking the other cheek. She eventually cracks and swats away our hands.

"So, what happened with dumb and dumber?" Jenna asks as she stares at Sora, making her shift uncomfortably.

"They fought over whose mate I was, I told them off, I walked away and left them looking like idiots," Sora shrugs.

"Please tell me you took a picture," May says as she enters the room with Luke at her tail.

"Hey! That reminds me! Sora has a werewolf mate named Luke, just like your mate," Jenna comments.

"I wish I could already find my mate," Lucy sighs as she comes into the room with a tub of cookies and cream ice cream. My eyes lock on the target and I slowly stand up.

"Jordan, what are you doing?" Lucy asks as she looks at me. I get closer to her and pounce, trying to get her ice cream.

"NO! THIS IS MY HEARTBREAK ICE CREAM!" Lucy screams as I sit on her and scoop a spoon full of cold goodness. Nummy.

"Who bwoke wor hwrt?" I ask through my mouth full of ice cream.

"I'll tell you as soon as you get your fat arse off of me," she wheezes, pushing at me back.

"I'm not that heavy!" I protest as I wave my spoon around," I feel insulted."

"Who insulted my princess?" Xavier hisses as he zooms into the room, eyeing everyone.

"I am not a princess!" I defend. I absolutely hate pet names.

"Actually, you, Lucy, Jenna, and I are all princesses," May comments. Xavier smirks and I throw a spoon of ice creams at him. I hit him right on the forehead. The ice cream slowly slides down his face while everyone laughs.

"You're going to regret that sweetheart," he chuckles darkly. I look around for a weapon as I hold my precious ice cream to my chest. I'm not going to waste anymore. I glance around quickly and grab the flashlight that was sitting on the coffee table. See! Flashlights! They are everywhere! I hold it up and glare at Xavier.

"Come any closer and I will hurt you like I did before," I threaten. He smirks before taking slow steps towards me.

"You wouldn't hurt me," he says.

"Try me," I shoot back. He steps closer and I fling the flashlight. The strength that I used to throw it must have been pretty good considering Xavier is on the ground and groaning in pain while clutching his crotch.

"Fu-" he starts before I cut him off.

"LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!" I shout while covering my ears. I prefer not listening to people swear.

"So darn childish," Zach chuckles as I stop my yelling. I turn and look at him pointedly.

"Do you want to end up like Xavier over there?" I ask, pointing to Xavier, who is still on the ground. His hands fly to his crotch and he shuts up while shaking his head.

"Ok, I'm tired and it's midnight, see you in the morning," I smile. I start skipping away and pick up another flashlight that was next to a lamp.

"Is she bi-polar?" Zach whispers. I turn around and throw the flashlight right at him. He groans and drops to the ground in pain. Being a vampire has improved my aim.

"I warned you," I say in a sing song voice. I skip down the halls and have the strange feeling of someone watching me. I glance around and see nothing. I shrug it off and continue down the hall. Something feels off. I open the door to Xavier's room and skip to the closet after flicking the lights on. I change into a tank top and cotton shorts quickly since the feeling of someone watching me stays. I walk to the bathroom and close the door behind me. I quickly brush my teeth and wash my face before entering the bedroom. The window flies open and the cold September wind brushes against me. That window wasn't open when I got to the room. I approach the bed and freeze at what I see.
