Hi Everyone... I Need Your Help

Hi! I know, it's been a very long time since I've last updated. I'm reaching out right now cause I need whatever help you can provide. 

I'm now in my second year of college and my roommate and I took in a stray dog. Long story short, our landlord found out and is now charging us for replacement of furniture and carpet cleaning and deodorizing. He's estimating the cost to be $3000-4000 and both my roommate and I are broke college students. I've started a gofundme for this. 

A little about the dog:

His name is Andy (given by the family that found him before we picked him up) and he's an amazingly sweet pit bull terrier. He loves cuddling and walks and is the sweetest dog I know. We're gonna get him to the vet as soon as we possibly can and have him looked at to see if he's in good health before the rescue we're fostering him through can find his forever home. He will be staying with my parents in the Chicago suburbs and I'll link the shelter if anyone is interested in adopting him as well as finding more information. My roommate and I are both devastated to have to give him up, as we got attached to him and vice versa.

 I know that it's been years since I've been active, but I'm hoping that now that there's the whole quarantine thing and I have the time to write, I may be able to continue this story I started 7 years ago. I've put time and dedication into this book (at a young age, of course) and I understand most of you may not be able to assist financially, but getting the word out to friends and family who can would help tremendously. 

In summary, my roommate and I are paying the price for taking in a dog in need and we need help. Any form of help is appreciated very much. Thank you all so much for your time!
