Chapter 20

We walk down the old, uneven cement stairs. This is like a freaking serial killer cellar, oh wait, it can be. We reach the bottom of the stairs and Kyou walk out of a door, closing it behind him.

"What's in there?" Sora asks him. He looks at her then glances back at the door.

"A box of preservatives," he trails off as he looks at her skeptically. She gives him a questioning gaze before running into the room and running out just a quickly.

"That's where the ramen noodles are kept! Why are they down here?" she exclaims as she shoots questions at Kyou.

"Uh... that's what we feed the prisoners," he shrugs in response. Sora put both of her hands forward and meet the at the wrist.

"LOCK ME UP! Lock me up!" she begs. This is interesting. There's a rattle from one if the cells and I happily skip down the dark hallway and arrive at the noisy cell. I look at the man that has a small scar above his left eyebrow. he can't be that old, he looks as old as me, 18. He flashes me a row of perfectly white and straight teeth.

"What's your name, sweet cheeks?" he asks as he leans against the thick titanium bars.

"Well, my name sure as he'll isn't sweet cheeks," I snort. I'm so ladylike. Note sarcasm.

"What is it then?" he asks with a smirk. If only I can smack him, I already hate him. I glare at him and Xavier runs into us.

"Why are you talking to her, Seth?" he spits out as he wraps an arm around me. I can knock him out, how is he supposed to save me? He isn't going to be able to. I step out of his grasp and yawn loudly. I'm suddenly flying! Weeee! Wait a minute... I shouldn't fly! I open my eyes and am suddenly tossed onto a bed.

"You're tired, let's sleep," Xavier says giddily. Ok then... I get up and quickly grab clothes and lock myself in the closet. I change into the loose shirt and shorts.. Don't judge, it's the beginning of September but it's still hot out. I bound out of the closet and jump onto the bed, sprawling across it. I glance over at the shirtless Xavier. Must... Resist.... Temptation... To...Look.... At....Abs...

"Why are you staring at my face?" he asks uncomfortably. I quickly shut my eyes and curl into a ball.

"No reason, now sleep," I respond. The bed sinks besides me and I fall asleep instantly.

--- Next Morning ---

I wake up with a leg across mine and an arm in my face. Whoever said that mates cuddle with each other in their sleep was dead wrong. I roll of the bed and onto the floor. I stand up and pounce on Xavier as I quickly glance at the time and day. It's Monday and 7:00 am. School! Xavier groans from beneath me and wraps his arms around me.

"Wakey wakey, eggs and baky," I coo as I squirm out of his grasp. He grunts and reaches for me.

"Xavier, wake up! We have school!" I yell. He jumps and lands ont the ground in a lump. He groans and gets up while glaring at me. I smile sweetly and rush into the bathroom, take a quick shower, throw on jean shorts and converse with a giant hoodie. I grab my packed backpack and pull it onto my shoulder. Thank Oreos it's a messenger bag.

"COME ON PEOPLE! NO MORE MISSING SCHOOL!" Lucy yells from down stairs," I HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT TODAY!" she finishes. I rush down the stairs and Xavier soon follows. I start rushing out the door but somthing stops me, more like someone.

"You are not going to school in shorts," he growls lowly as his eyes glide along my legs.

"It's hot out and I refuse to wear jeans!" I protest. He grumbles to himself before letting me go. I happily skip outside and feel the breeze nip at my bare skin. Yes, I skip. I smile as I enter the small car.

"Hey! I thought you were riding with Xavier," May protests as she crawls into the back with Jenna and Sora.

"Nope, he tried denying me my rights," I smirk as Xavier starts walking towards the car. 

"He's not going to be happy," Lucy trails off as Xavier gets closer.

"Boo hoo, now floor it!" I squeak as Xavier comes towards the passenger door. Lucy screeches out of the driveway and down the long road. Sora and Jenna laugh to themselves as a second car pull out of the garage, driven by Xavier and holding Kyou, Luke, and Zach, who all look furious. Cue my evil laugh. We pull up at Rosemont High a few minutes later. That was fast. I climb out of the car after Lucy. Sora stumbles out of the car last and glares us down.

"I hate you all," she grumbles as she straightens out her hair.

"Psh, you know you love us," I scoff. She smirks before straightening out her backpack. The guys pull up and angrily storm up to or little group. Xavier throws me over his shoulder and I squeak. He stomps up to the school and I get jealous and envious glares from girls along the way. You actually want the big, idiotic oaf? Take him, what's stopping you?

"LET ME DOWN!" I demand as I pound on his back, not that it has any effect on him, it isn't like I have special powers.

"Nope," he smirks. Idiot.

"RAPE! HELP! RAPE!" I try. People glance at us but quickly avert their eyes when they see who's carrying me. Wimps. Then I see an old friend. He can help me! If he doesn't, I will kick his arse later. He glances at me in shock before starting to talk to some guys again, occasionally glancing my way. The buttface doesn't even walk over here.

"JAKE YOU ARSE! SAVE ME!" I scream. He glances around before letting out a dramatic sigh and stepping in front of Xavier's path. Then all hell breaks loose.

Anyways... this was a cruddy chapter, in my opinion. I've had horrible writers block.
