Clary's POV
The next morning, I woke on the couch, looking around at my surroundings.
Alec and Magnus cuddling on the other couch, Izzy and Simon spread out on the floor and lastly, Jon and Jasmine on the other end of my couch.
His arm around her waist, her holding onto his hand. It's nice to see my big brother with a girl.
Groaning quietly, I sat up and pushed off the armrest to stand up. Glancing back at my family, I walked upstairs and got in the shower, trying to wash away the horribleness of the past two days.
When I was done, I returned to my bedroom and picked out my outfit for the day. A pair of black leggings, a black tank top, a see through white shirt and black and white converse.
"Mownin', mama." I smiled and looked down at my little girl.
"Good morning, beautiful girl." I pushed her hair back behind her ear, making her smile.
"What are you doing up, princesa?" Jon came in and scooped Lily up into his arms, making her squeal and giggle. "You need a bath, don't you?" She nodded. "Well, let's go bathe then, shall we?" He smiled and winked at me before walking to the hallway bathroom.
I put on my gold watch and earrings before going into Lily's room and picking out her clothes. A mint green and white striped shirt with 'two.' written on it in sparkly gold letters, sparly gold shorts, white underwear, a hairbow and sparkly gold flats.
Moving onto her bed, I made it and tucked her blankie under the pillow.
When I finished, Jon walked in, holding my daughter wrapped in a towel.
"Time to get dressed." Jon said and set her down. "Clare, go downstairs, I got this."
"But-"
"Nope. Go downstairs and sit down." I sighed and did as I was told, sitting back down on the couch.
"I have to make breakfast." I started to stand up, but I smelt bacon coming from the kitchen.
"Nope, Mags is cooking." Alec said as he plopped down beside me.
"Damn. So, I just get to sit here and relax?" He nodded. "Weird." I mumbled and leaned back against the couch.
"What have you got to do today?" He asked, rubbing my belly.
"Well, I texted your mom and she's home, so we're gonna be there for a while, then I have a sonogram appointment at noon, so I'm gonna ask your mom to keep her while I'm gone."
"You may not want to ask that. Um, Jace is staying with mom and dad and he'll be home from work around eleven."
"So, we just need to be gone before then." I nodded to myself. "Lily really wants to see Maryse, so I have to go."
"How about I pick her up from mom and dad's at 10:30 and you can get to your appointment?"
"It wouldn't mess with your plans?"
He scoffed. "What plans?" I smiled and he did the same. "I'll be there. Okay?" I nodded.
"Thank you, Alec." He kissed my forehead and I looked over at Jasmine as she walked in and handed me a plate of pancakes, with butter and syrup on top. "Thanks." She nodded and sat down with her own plate.
Before taking a bite, I looked over at her and she stared at me curiously.
"You know, he's one of the good ones." She smiled. "I don't know you, but please, don't hurt him."
"I won't." I nodded and smiled as Jon and Lily come downstairs.
"Mama!" She ran to the couch and pulled herself up.
"Hi, baby girl. Want some pancakes?" She nodded and sat beside me.
"Wait, wait, wait." We looked over at Magnus. "Here you go, princess." He set a plate of pancakes in Lily's lap.
It was already smothered in syrup and cut up, so she just dug in. "Thanks, Mags." He nodded.
"Anything for my biscuit and her baby biscuts." I smiled at the nicknames.
After breakfast, Everyone began to leave and I grabbed my bag and Lily's before we walked out the door and headed for her grandparents' house.
When we got to their house, Maryse was waiting on the front steps, so when I unbuckled Lily from her carseat, she took off running to her Mamaw.
I smiled and grabbed her bag before locking my car and heading inside with them.

About two hours later, Alec came to get Lily and took her back to his house for a sleepover with him and Magnus, then Maryse left, leaving me with Robert.
"So, how are you doing?" He asked as we sat down at the dining room table.
"I'm fine."
"Tell me the truth, Clary." I looked away from him and let out a shaky breath.
"I hate him so much, but I also love him and I miss him." I cried. "I don't understand." He stood and made me do the same as he hugged me, letting me sob into his shoulder.
"It's going to be fine, sweetheart." He rubbed my back and my hair, trying to soothe me.
"I miss Blake so much." I pulled away and he wiped away my tears.
"I know. But, it won't hurt forever." I nodded and sniffled.
"Clary?" I looked over at Jace standing in the doorway.
"Sorry, Rob, I gotta go." I wiped at my eyes and he kissed my forehead.
"Bye, sweetheart." I grabbed my phone off of the table and walked around Jace and out the front doors.
"Wait!" I ignored the voice. "Clary, please!" I got into the front seat of my car and reached for the handle to close my door, but he pressed his hand against it, not letting me close it.
"Jace, get the fuck off of my door." My voice cracked.
"Why are you crying?" I tried to pull it shut, but he was stronger than me and kept it open.
"None of your damn business."
"Clare, please." I scoffed and leaned back in the seat.
"My fiancé got arrested and is not getting out of jail anytime soon, so our children will be without their father."
He looked down at my stomach. "You're having more than one?"
"No, Jace, I mean our two year old daughter and our unborn child." He nodded.
"I'm sorry, Clary. I am so, so sorry for what I did. Leaving you and our baby girl, it was the biggest mistake of my entire life." I watched as a tear slipped down his cheek. "I never wanted to hurt you, I just wasn't ready and I am so sorry."
"It doesn't matter anymore."
"Can we go somewhere and talk?" I shook my head. "Please?"
"I have an appointment."
"Well, what about after?" I sighed.
"You're not gonna let me go until I agree, are you?" He shook his head. "Fine. Taki's at two, be there." He smiled and nodded.
"Thank you, Clary." I gestured towards my door and he closed it for me. "I'll see you soon." I didn't reply and started my car, driving off before he could get another word in.
Holy fuck.
