I woke up sweaty and I knew I had been screaming. My throat was raw and scratchy. My nightmare becoming more intense every night. The picture was always clearer and much more vivid. It had never been this bad before, and I didn't know what was wrong with me.

Castiel always woke me up if I was having a nightmare. He would reassure me and tell me silly things just to make me calm down. Like a couple days ago when he told me he had to wake me up, because I was scaring the birds away. I smiled at the memory. His bluntness and childish personality at times was so cute.

I sat up groaning and the room started to spin. I tried to hold my head still. I was so dizzy and had an excruciatingly painful headache. Ok, maybe I need to go to a doctor. I finally got up out of bed once the room stopped spinning. I stumbled down the hallways. When I finally found the room with the two long tables in it, I stopped. Dean and Sam were sitting at the tables having coffee. Castiel was nowhere in sight. Sam was staring intently at his computer and Dean was reading the newspaper.

I walked into the room and my vision went blurry. I tried walking but fell loudly against the wood floor. Dean and Sam both shot out of their seats, looking around for some unknown threat. Once they realized that the only "threat" in the room was me, they quickly rushed to my side.

I felt so weak. What was wrong with me? I couldn't stand up and suddenly I felt myself being lifted off the ground. Then I felt myself be put down onto what seemed like a soft couch. My vision cleared and I saw Sam and Dean standing above me. As I blinked slowly I noticed the very concerned looks plastered onto both of their faces.

"Hey Annabelle, can you hear me?" Dean's eyebrows were tightly knit together as he stared down at me and raised his voice.

"Dean it's obvious that she probably has a headache. Don't yell you'll just make it worse," Sam told Dean looking very stern and serious.

Sam leaned down and placed his hand on my forehead. I hissed slowly as his cool hand reached my burning forehead. He drew in an intake of breath.

"Damn, Annabelle you're burning up. We need to get you to a doctor." He started to reach down to pick me up, but I stopped him.

"No, you can't. I'm not human. They would find out, lock me up, and experiment on me. All we need to do is call Castiel. He will know what to do," I sighed and let my eyes drop because I suddenly felt exhausted. I tried helplessly to open them again but eventually gave up when I realized that the effort was pointless.

Dean and Sam both looked at each other.

"Do you know his phone number?" Dean asked Sam without batting an eye.

I would have laughed if my head hadn't hurt so badly. I let a sly smile creep onto my face.

"You don't need to call him by phone. You need to pray to him. It's faster and much more efficient. He has trouble working his phone sometimes." I said answering Sam and Dean's incredulous looks.

Sam cleared his throat.

"Well since I know you've probably never prayed before Dean, I'll do it." Sam made a move to kneel down on the floor but before he could, Dean placed his hand on Sam's chest.

"Hell no! I can do it! Just watch me!" he hollered. He grumbled to himself and shook his head.

Dean walked over to a chair next to the couch I was laying on and spoke up.
