Annabelle's POV
My body slammed against the hard floor, and I groaned as I rolled onto my back. I was so sore. That was the most training and exercise I have ever done. Dean, Sam, and Castiel were really serious about the whole training thing. They followed the exact schedule that Castiel made. They were very strict about it. I was not allowed to break the schedule and if I did, the next day I would get way more training.
It might have been very tiring work, but I have learned a lot. Sam mainly taught me about the monsters, and Dean taught me how to fight them. Take a djinn for example. I had no clue what a djinn was yesterday, but today I know all about it. I know a djinn can put you into a sort of comatose state, where they can let you live your own perfect life inside your own head. While they're feeding on your blood, of course. I also know that the poison from a djinn can be deadly. The only way to kill them is to dip a silver knife in lambs blood. It's gross, I know.
When I was not training with Sam and Dean, I was obviously trying to master my abilities with Castiel. I have discovered a few more abilities over these past couple of weeks. I can feel emotions. I always had this thing that whenever someone's emotions were really strong they would affect me. Like if someone was sad, I was sad. If someone was extremely excited, I was very excited for no reason. But, not only did I discover that I could feel people's emotions; I can also sort of manipulate them.
So say Dean was in a shitty mood because one of the monsters he was hunting got away; I could concentrate on him being really happy, and he would perk up quite a bit. That was not all I could do though. I discovered I was wickedly good with any weapon somebody put into my hands. Which I guess you wouldn't really call a power, but I still thought it was freaking awesome.
The other day Dean and I were training, and he set up a target for me to practice on.
Dean chuckled and handed me a long, black handled, hunting knife.
"Now, try not to hurt yourself. Or me for that matter," he smirked at me and took a step back.
I glared at him and threw the knife, hitting the bulls eye dead center. Dean stared at me in awe as I smirked and I went to retrieve the knife. I did the exact same thing about ten times before I started to get bored.
Dean decided I needed something a little more difficult. So, we went into a room that looked a lot like a training room. Dean pressed a few buttons on a panel and then a green light showed up on a button that had the words start written on it. He handed me a sword and gestured for me to step inside a glass room. He closed the door behind me and spoke through a microphone.
"When I hit this green button, dummies will pop out at you. I want to see what you can do with a sword. Are you ready?" He asked me quickly and grinned at me. I nodded anxiously waiting to see what I could do. My whole body was tingling. I was ready.
Dean hit the button and a countdown started from ten. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two........... The first dummy popped up out of nowhere at lighting speed. I rushed over to it and swiftly pulled up the sword chopping it's arm off. I did a small twirl and chopped it body in half. Another dummy popped up not three feet away from me. I got down rolled across the floor and kicked down the dummy. Then I jabbed my sword straight through its soft cotton heart. Soon I was hacking away at any dummy that got too close to me. After a while, I heard a loud buzzing noise and all the dummies stopped popping up. The mangled limbs of the dummies were littered across the floor in every direction of the room.
I was breathing extremely heavily, but still I managed to stand tall and proud. I did well, I knew that and Dean knew that. There was another buzzing noise and Dean opened the door. I stepped bank into the control room.
