I hardly saw Castiel after declared me his mission. He was supposed to be protecting me, but he was always being called back to heaven. But, you better believe when I did see him that I tried my best to get him back. Come back to his old self. That was the hardest part, convincing him he was someone else. It was basically like talking to a wall or a robot, they both do not care what you're talking about. He constantly tried to avoid me, but he had another thing coming to him.

I was also finally caring for myself again, because I truly believed I could get him back. He acted very cold and rigid towards me, but I knew that would all change.

I was sitting in the main room and eating cereal, while Dean and Annabeth were playing cards at the table next to me. Sam was on his computer looking up jobs like he always did in the mornings.

"Ha! Mine!" Dean cheered as he grabbed all the chips from the middle of the table. Annabeth stopped him, placed a hand on his, and smirked. Dean looked very confused, and Annabeth slowly slid her cards towards him. Dean let out a groan of frustration when he saw the cards and sunk back into his seat without a single chip to his name.

"Dammit, I really thought I had you," Dean grumbled. Annabeth just chuckled lightly and slid the chips over to her side with a satisfied smile plastered on her face.

Dean sighed and stated "I give up, this girl is too good."

He got up from the table and Annabeth started pouting , "You're such a sore loser."

Dean turned around and said, "No, I just can't win against someone who cheats."

Annabeth looked extremely offended and shot up from her spot at the table, "What? Are you kidding me? I don't cheat! You're just bad at poker!"

Dean laughed and looked at her like she just grew two heads, "Ummmm no. How do you think me and Sam get all out money? Poker and credit card scams. Poker is my game, I'm a champ," Dean puffed up his chest in mock pride.

Annabeth just rolled her eyes, obviously annoyed, "Whatever I'm going to take a nap. You owe me thirty bucks," she pointed her finger at him and sauntered away.

I laughed into my cereal, and suddenly I heard a large pair of wings flap behind me. I whipped around, and I was face to face with Castiel. Being that close to him made my heart flutter. His eyes were completely bare of emotion, like they were most days. They were cold, empty, and so painful to stare into. I turned my head away from him so he couldn't see the hurt in my eyes.

"As you can see, I'm back now. I'll be here for a while actually. Heaven is in good hands, and they don't need me. So, I think I'll most likely be going back in a couple weeks," he said surely.

My head snapped up at him. A couple weeks? Perfect, it was finally the time. I was going to get him back.

"Hey, Cas glad to see you back here," Dean said with sarcasm dripping from his voice. Dean still hadn't really forgave Castiel for throwing him, I mean he literally threw him back so hard that Dean's elbow made a hole in the wall. Every time he saw him he either gave him cold looks or was super sarcastic.

"My name is Castiel. If you are incapable of saying my whole name, then do not talk to me. I would not miss your voice if you were to stop talking," Castiel snapped at Dean. Dean rolled his eyes and whispered, "asshole," under his breath.

"Well, anyway I'm glad your here now Castiel. I just found a job. Lots of freak storms in Tampa, Florida. A string of tsunamis and lightening storms. Plus lots of people are disappearing, they're suspecting serial killer, but we know differently," Sam finished as he looked up from his computer.
