(Jonathan POV)
I sit up in bed, my heart was beating fast and my body was drenched in a cold sweat.
I groan as I feel my forehead, it was hotter than usual which was concerning, but I just wipe the sweat from my brow and rub the bridge of my nose.
"Ah, Ashley. I had the worst dream. Linda also decided to come back from the dead and then she killed you." I groan.
There was no response.
"Ashley?"
He's usually a light sleeper and wakes up if I even move.
I look over but there was no one there.
I hop out of bed and toss on my dark gray hoodie that was laying on the floor.
"Ashley?"
Still no response.
Is he hiding or something? I slowly walk out into the hallway and look down to see no one there.
"Ash? This isn't funny come out."
I grumble as I walk down the stairs. Still looking around but he was nowhere in sight.
"Where could he be?" I think out loud as I walk into the living room.
Still no sign of him.
I walk out onto the terrace. Sticking my hands in my pockets to protect them from the cold October chill.
I bite my lip nervously, there was still no sign of him which worried me.
The worst case scenario's start going through my head as I walk out to look over the railing at the bustling city below, with central park just across the street.
I sigh deeply as I look out to the park.
I can see the ice skating ring perfectly from up here.
It was empty except for one person skating by themselves.
"What kind of idiot skates this late at night?"
I shake my head and turn around to go back in the house but stop mid-step.
I look back towards the rink.
"Wait a minute. That's MY IDIOT."
