Dragon Island

The three young dragon riders stayed in position, hiding in the mist "I kinda regret bringing Midnight" Elena mumbles, but her dragon gives her a hit with her tail "Alright alright" Elena says as her dragon jumps to the next rock "Gobber did you see something move over there?" Stoick asks, but the blacksmith says "All I see are rocks and broken ships" "They're not backing down" Hiccup says when they meet up at the island "Let's go in then" Drake says with a sigh, though Elena seems a little too quiet "No need" she eventually says and the three dragons fly up to dodge incoming fire "If Toothless was part of the nest then it'd make sense the dragons is expecting him to return" she points out and she says "Watch out, tail incoming!".

When Stoick and Gobber jump on land they instantly notice three dragons "If those dragons are here..." Stoick trails off walking to the nearest one, which happens to be Midnight, and he strangely enough doesn't see Elena "Where's Elena?" he asks quietly so the dragon looks over to Toothless who took it upon himself to keep an eye on the three humans, but Gobber says "We're ready to blow up the wall" "Don't do that" Hiccup says walking over "Stay out of this hiccup" Stoick says, but Midnight growls at him before heading over to Hiccup "Let's go" Stoick says. However they realize why he's warning them when they are face to face with a giant green dragon "Move!" Elena says and she gets on her dragon, they all were okay considering they fought a giant dragon, but a fireball on the head stops the dragon from attacking "Aren't you a dragon short?" Gobber asks, but a white dragon lands next to Drake "Not really" Hiccup says and he sees his friends from Berk "What are you doing here?" he asks, so Astrid flies down "Well that dragon scared the hell out of us, but the twins deemed it friendly enough and here we are" she says, Elena however rolls her eyes as Midnight shoots past the Deadly Nadder "Less talking more fighting, got it" Hiccup says. However Ruff and Tuff get knocked out of the air first "You think it'll fly?" Hiccup asks earning a shrug "Who knows, wouldn't be very fast though" Elena says so the two Night Furies shoot at the dragon "Me and my stupid mouth" Elena mumbles seeing it's faster then she thought "Keep going" she says turning her dragon around and diving towards the dragon "Fire" she says causing her dragon to shoot the dragon rapidly and she hears Drake yell something before Midnight is hit and she says "Come on girl fly", Astrid flies overhead and grabs Elena's wrist tossing her on the Nadder "Nice save, but I can't stay" Elena says jumping down and landing on her other dragon "Blue fire?" Stoick asks with a raised eyebrow "Get away" Drake says landing in front of him and they see the giant dragon falling down and two dragons firing on it for good measures. "Jump" Hiccup says and he adds "We have to jump" "I'm not jumping" Elena says, but Hiccup pulls her along with him and she barely notices Toothless protecting them.

"Elena wake up" she hears her father says and she slowly opens her eyes "I'm good, I think" she says sitting up "My side hurts like hell though, just like my head" she adds. Midnight runs over to them and jumps around in a circle "Come on" Hiccup says "Time to go" he adds and they leave before Stoick can say anything "You have to make it up to him Stoick" Gobber says.

"I thought you two were dead" Drake says, they were waiting on the other side of the island for Stoick to leave "I am never trusting you again" Elena says glancing at Hiccup who says "Sorry, but we had to, or we wouldn've ended up worse" "You're forgiven, I am never fighting dragons that big again" she says laying on her non injured side "Seems like a concussion for both of you" Drake says after inspecting the wounds "And another scar for you" he adds glancing at Elena, getting an annoyed groan "What does he mean by that?" Hiccup asks so Elena says "I wasn't born on the island, as soon as I could walk we travelled the world on our dragons, helping villages in need, well I started when I was 4 and a half, we arrived on the island what we now call home and decided to stay there about a week before I turned 6, but by then I was mature for my age and had scars too, the last one was from the giant volcano dragon three years ago. It was just our luck they already lived with dragons, so they welcomed us with open arms, I have Drake to thank for my childish side, he taught me how I was suppose to act" "Shouldn't have started with teaching her pranks though" Drake saya rubbing the back of his head.

Hiccup looks at the two and mumbles "You act like you've known each other your entire live and you have matching dragons" "That is pure coincidence" Elena says "We found them one day near the waterfall, injured, he was scared to approach them" she adds smiling slightly "My dad told us to keep them" Drake says "Since I didn't have a dragon at that point and Elena already had Midnight". The trip back is quiet and Hiccup says "I guess I'll have to make it up somehow" "You can think about that later" Drake says walking over with a blanket and he sits on Elena's other side "We might as well follow her example" he adds tossing one end of the blanket to Hiccup "Her father's gonna lecture us though" Hiccup says, but he was honestly glad he had friends and there were more at the village who were also nice.

Back at the village Elena heads home "Headache" she mumbles sitting down and her mother hands her some hot milk "You've had a rough day" she says earning a nod "Is dad lecturing Drake and Hiccup?" Elena asks, but Hiccup walks in rubbing the back of his head "Uh... Wanna fly around tomorrow? Drake got grounded" he says and Elena smiles "Sure", sure enough Drake did get grounded for nearly getting himself killed, but Elena came by the next day since she had ordered something there. "Yer new sword" the blacksmith says so Hiccup walks down "What's that?" he asks so Elena says "A fire sword, that's what it is, blue fire", she puts it away and Drake says "It's just an experiment though, she's way too smart for her age. Anyway I'm stuck helping out", the blacksmith looks at Hiccup and says "Be glad I can't ground you or Elena" "I did that stuff for a living remember?" Elena says mentioning to a scar on her elbow and to her back "Right right" the blacksmith says "Well have fun you two" he adds and the two teens leave the blacksmith.
